    No... Get a refund, and when you do and you go back to get a New Ticket to fly, it will cost you $$$$$! That $300 ticket you bought 6 months ago to Florida will cost you $1500 or more, and they CAN do that!

      It puts the option in the consumers hands. It's not an automatic refund, it's a refund if you refuse the airline's offer or alternative transportation option. It streamlines and defines what is currently an inefficient and hard to navigate process.
