No. Tsuki S2 definitely suffered greatly from being made before the trait buff, the healing is so pathetic that I needed to use NCD to supplement it enough to keep Windflit alive. As you guessed I'm using it here solely for the shelter; this is the first time I've ever used S2 since the trait change and nowadays Silence S2 is better in basically every way so I don't see myself using it again anytime soon. Admittedly, I don't usually consider S2 because if I'm fielding Tsukinogi it's for S1 which brings 2 unique things to this niche: dodge and invis reveal, and while those aren't always needed, when they are Tsukinogi becomes irreplaceable (for example, in the perma map of this CC).

Dropping Stainless may have been a mistake, there's a chance his S1 actually does more DPS than Windflit but I'm really not trying to do the math now and find out how much time I wasted lol
Absolutely. If you allow other supporters then stuff like Gnosis/Shamare/Skadi/Virtuosa/Mayer/DC would make the stall much easier and you could probably keep a Ling dragon alive vs Jesse even without direct healing.
