I like the concept because you have to aim your abilities and also you need to dodge, it gives both enemy and you a proper time to cast their animations skill, you're not just spamming skills just like every other game, it's tactical and its fun.

Compared to the likes of Genshin, PGR, WW, etc. that are hack n slash, Endfield (like the 1st game) focuses more on team strategy and a slowdown effect. The strategy aspect with randoms would probably be a mess with each controlling a character without slowdown that I would rather do solo w/ own party. However, if a boss can be beaten solo w/ 1 character in a reasonable time, I can see it possible. But the okay-ish way I can see going about co-op raids is each person controls own party fighting a separate one with time limit. More total damage done = better rewards for all. Arknights, the first game, had a temporary co-op mode but heard it wasn't generally fun with strangers, but w/ friends. So im keeping my expectations minimal based on most gachas don't really focus on real-time co-op much.
I really, really, really, want to try/play this game if this is released. It's not everytime I got to see an Open-Wolrd Gacha games that have a feature all party members are On-Field. It's like KH III.

the voice acting are so dope öman öman, I hope there's Various type of voice acting just like in arknights, like Russian, German, Chinese, and japanese. I love when the character speaking in their native language
So if I understood correctly, in this game you aren't supposed to dash-to-dodge, but to time your skill/ultimate to dodge and counter instead. I think that's kinda brilliant!
@@orewaren8549not really. That dude is right, this concept is not new. Honkai Impact 3rd is heavily combat-based game and relies on team rotation and strategy. They use a ton of I-frames in their characters ability and combo. And don't forget about soulsborne franchise. That game is basically I-frames simulator.
I love the boss, its just good enough inbetween your normal grindy boss and soul-like game boss, and the machanics is easy to understand. though I'm still kinda bummed that we can't dash, and the playable character AI is just straight up tanking all the dmg, no keeping distance when the enemies tries to use their skill
The AI controlled party members get a bonus to their def so it's essentially trading your ability to avoid CC effects for them being able to tank hits. Likewise, player-control also acts as a taunt as enemies will focus on the unit player controls.
Hopefully they add account links, so that whatever character you got in Arknight you automatically unlock them in enfield or the equivalent of 500 pulls. Something great that shows the time you spent in og AK is appreciated.
Yeah Wuthering Waves is like playing Genshin and TOF. Same style of item gathering and such. This one atleast have all 3 characters in the field just like Aether Gazer and it doesn't feel lonely. Makes it more fun to play.
It's a work in progress a future update might enable them to have AI and be able to fight alongside you But they are probably going to release it now to see if it makes money before they invest more money in
This is only an alpha build apparently, I wonder how this game would cope up to a mobile device, because THIS IS AMAZING, and it's likely to only get better in the future HG really be cooking with this one
Dunno, is the endmin even an infected? Just cause an ndividual can use Originium don't necessarily mean they are infected, it just boosts their power tenfold during their final moments

the concept of the boss is very nice and different. I also like how the pacing of the fight is more tactical than usual! I certainly hope they work on characters' animations outside the fight tho cause they look a bit stiff. I'm hopeful for the future nonetheless given their track record and the ambitious vibes this game gives me!
It take part of the future in arknight, end field take place far away from OG. Angelina is a clone of OG Angelina and been send to end field to help the administrators

They definitely can. As far as I'm concerned, Genshin has the resources available to do whatever they want with their game, just that their creativity and innovation is limited to the effort the devs will put in
It would be more challenging and maybe could be considered fun if your ally would also take damage from the shockwave and the devastating laser, since at least from what I see it didn't seem to harm them
They're damage immune when none of you are engaged in battle, which allows you to focus on dodging attacks in phase 3 without having to worry about them dying to the firepower of missiles and lasers. Can be adjusted to increase difficulty though.
That would just make the game unnecessarily unfair, since they can't seem to jump or dodge like we can. Them taking damage would just be damage for no reason, I feel.
If no unit fights, the party members are immune to damage. And during the fight, AI controlled units have a def bonus(while player controlled unit acts as enemy taunt mechanic).

That is called I-frames. It's not brilliant. Allot of games have that while still having a dodge.
