Great Summary! Highly recommend reading Christensen’s the Innovators Solution (successor of Innovators Dilemma) as he discusses this topic plus elaborates further on the concept of disruptive innovation (vs sustaining) and what companies can do to address the growth paradox!

Sure wish Trader Joe’s and Costco knew I was hiring them for my low-carb diet! We’ve definitely hired Amazon to avoid carrying heavy things and because of the pandemic.
