Just saw a video where they added "Smooth Criminal" as music track. It is as if it was made for that. I thought maybe the whole was fake, that what is no problem today with AI - but it seems it is for real.
@@feedingravens Exactly same here. Works so cool with Smooth Criminal, we also first suspected it would be fake. It looks so modern, when you think those clothes away.
There’s an old movie from this era with the actress, Betty Davis she plays a dancer and she gets on stage and spins around on her back like a B boy I like old movies and it was so shocked to see this so they were really isn’t anything new under the sun it just comes back around and gets better

MJ aprendió y evolucionó de aquí, cómo todo gigante en hombros de gigantes. No olvidar que también era un gran cantante y tuvo grandes coreografías y un gran grupo de baile. Un gran artista muy completo, Michael Jackson.
jack stanford's dancing & moves were used by james brown, michael jackson and others, many decades later on. M. Jackson did *not invent the moonwalk. "There is no new thing under the Sun."
No big surprise that Michael Jackson did some of that guys’s moves. It’s pointless to even say that because he’s done other people’s moves who were still alive. A dancing genius and it just goes to show there isn't much new in the world.
Modern hip hop and electro swing dancers could learn from this.
How you know none haven't?
No solo eso copiaban del pasado y las nuevas generaciones no se darían ni cuenta pero tarde o no sale a luz la verdad igual ....
The Original Rubberband Man, when he starts to jam! Amazing!
I am very amazed by this man's dancing, he is a talented genius, Michael Jackson's choreographer must admit that he was inspired by this man.

il est immense cet homme, un talent de virtuose, beaucoup d'artiste s'en sont inspirés d'ailleurs.
Class act, ahead of time
This guy just burned more calories in two minutes than i have all year...
Wow!
Can't get the sound, but he is amazing!!!
Shame no audio !

@@bricknmotor Actually, in 1935 there was definitely sound with "Moving Pictures" (as they were once called).

Faint but there is

If you turn the volume up to maximum level you will hear the speaker's voice. It is probably a historical document and not a live show.
Why have we never heard of this guy before? I’ve been around a while and I’ve never heard of him.
Better than MJ 😊
I had the same thought.
Incredible👍
Ministry of Silly Walks definitely picked up some moves too....
SHOW DE DANÇA 10 10 10 10 10 10 PARABÉNS ARRAAAZOU
The original human Marionette!
Que talento incrível! Genial!
MJ was shown moves by the LA dancers and a few JB moves and Jackie Wilson as well as the guy that danced in Gene Krupa video..
A true virtuoso because he has bent traditional dance skills into something weird and beautifully unique.
What was the music that he was dancing to in each of these? And why aren’t there videos with that music? Or is that lost to history?
Hey Pathe, where's the sound? The sound has gone missing.
le faltó el sonido
le faltó la música 🔊
we need sound!
Wow so this is where Micheal Jackson picked up his moves and possibly a variant of Moonwalk (although he said he copied it from street kids)
He is such a liar. He was a racist I bet..
He got the moonwalk from another dancer from around this time period. I have seen the clip but do not recall the dancer's name.
@@LK-jr8ql He said he picked one step from kids he saw on road. But the style and choreography is surely copied from Jack Standford.
Whoa!!!
Michael Jackson stole some moves from this guy
Didn't steal. Do some research

By far, it is an extremely rare event of european rhythm.
This occurs only once in every millennium.

This is where MJ got his inspiration.
