She was such a strong beautiful woman who had a voice that can never be duplicated. We were blessed to have had her and can still hear her voice. RiP Phoebe🧡💜
Also, "In My Life," is the favorite song of a keyboard specialist. That is me. I heard it on my first radio station which was WTFM, from 1978 to 1982. I played the album on my Pioneer high-fidelity system of components. It also became a hobby as a pastime. It enhanced my interest in knowing how sound reproduction works. WTFM played middle-of-the-road music, until June 14, 1982, and miss it terribly and unhappily. I am feeling upset and downed, knowing that Phoebe Snow fell sick and died. I did pray for her recovery of best health.
Thank you for posting this song. It was one of my childhood favorites. If you have Random Time please post it - there are probably bunches of us who'd love to hear it. Thanks either way.
The very Pop mid-tempo treatment of Patti Austin's very own composition. A few fine versions of the song to choose from. I think the last recorded was Patti's '90s re-do as a lush ballad on 'Love Is Gonna Getcha' cd.
I listen to her music so much when I was young. It's nice to hear it again ❤

Gayle P. Thomas ^ ^
U got it!
is she the original singer of this song or patti austin? thanks
Very nice but I was hoping it would be the Beatles song of the same title. I bet she would've done a great version.
She was drug free. I'll take her song anyday.
I can dig it.
