Just to clarify: when I say do the math/put it in your calculator I mean multiply the numerator (top numbers), then multiply your denominator (bottom numbers). Then divide the numerator total by the denominator total.

after conjugation the answer will be 1330mg then when divide 2 it will be 665mg/dose

That's actually easier. You just do the problem without adding the lbs to kg conversion.

In the first question, to do the conversion you divide 95 lbs by 2.2 lbs and you get 43.2 kg
