Ramaphosa expected to sign NHI Bill into law

President Cyril Ramaphosa is tomorrow expected to sign the
controversial National Health Insurance Bill into law.
The draft legislation, which aims to create universal healthcare, has
been in the making for over five years .
Critics say the plan is unaffordable and will collapse the private sector.
