AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS = 95°C limit. If you are going above that you have cooling issues HP can address with an RMA fix.
The RTX 2050 can reach temperatures of 105c, anything above that and you will start to hurt the GPU. Again HP can address cooling issues with an RMA fix.

Do you know if this can be used with an external monitor of the same refresh rate without a drop in performance? Someone said it needed a mux switch or something or else you lose fps. Can anyone answer
When you use an external monitor you gain performance as Nvidia Optimus is bypassed. Nvidia Optimus is Nvidia's power saving technology that swaps between the laptop CPU's integrated graphics and the Nvidia RTX 2050 GPU depending on the load. The normal target is 30-40 fps on battery when Optimus is engaged. When you use an external display via the HDMI port and you have the laptop plugged into the wall, you disable optimus and now the RTX 2050 is fully engaged at all times with maximum power allotted to it.
I am not sure if it has a dedicated MUX switch, but I know if you plug in an external display you essentially get full GPU performance as if a MUX switch was set to the RTX 2050 rather than the hybrid Nvidia Optimus mode swapping between the integrated igpu and the RTX 2050 GPU.

Hi there, I've bought this laptop around 2 months ago, but it's only giving me 55 minutes of battery timing while playing GTA V, even when it's 100 percent charged, is it normal or do my unit have a problem with it?

Yes there are . But that will severely damage the performance . Super Laggy experience .
So, i strongly suggest ,play only while plugged in. Playing often on battery will degrade ur battery soon.

How to use maximum cpu power in this laptop
Put it on performance mode in Omen Gaming Hub.
I dont know if thr model in your region may or may not have cpu overclock option by default, mine didnt.
You can overclock it using 3rd party software, but i dont recommend it.

2. Powerful specs (obviously) like atleast i7 13th and rtx 4050 (at this point of time)

Bro this one because it has latest ram ddr 5 and it's processor is also powerful than i5 11260 h as tuf f15 is old one with having ddr4 ram 🙄 so buying tuf 15 in 2024 is just a waste of money as hp victus has fast read and write speed

They are about the same in most games, 5-10 fps up or down in both cases, rtx 2050 in some and rx 6500m in others, but overall i prefer rtx 2050 over rx6500m personally.
But temps of rx 6500m are lower by about 10 degrees in almost all games

I have not tested its battery for coding as such, but my best gues is it should last u about 2 hrs atleast. For gaming, it will last for 1 hr.

I'm facing an issue regarding performance on the HP Victus 15 Ryzen 5 7535HS / RTX 2050. When I start multitasking, such as coding and using Photoshop simultaneously, with the battery at or above 60%, it doesn't run smoothly. But when I plug in the charger, it starts running smoothly, just like the gaming experience. Why is that? Are there any settings that can fix this?
it is not an issue, it is a normal occurence when you run it on battery, every gaming laptop does that, if you want to fully maximize the capabilities of your laptop you should use it plugged.

@@virusplayz130 yea probably will butit will take a long time before that happens as modern batteries installed in gaming laptops are better than the one's used before, you just gotta weigh it out and balance it, i suggest if you want to do heavy workload plug it in but if for light use only lower everything down like the refresh rate and turn off the keyboard lighting if possible, and never ever let your battery go lower than 20%, just to preserve it. We just gotta be good on taking care of our laptops., just a tip if you're not leaving your house just keep it plugged in.
