Garlic 蒜头 - 2 cloves
Shallots 葱头- 5 pcs
Yam bean 沙葛 - 100g
Minced pork 绞肉 - 600g
Egg鸡蛋 - 1 pc
Oil 油
🍴Seasoning
White pepper 胡椒粉少许 - few dash
Salt盐 - 1 tsp
Five spice powder 五香粉 - ½ tsp
Sugar 糖 - ½ tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 - ½ tbsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油 - 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 - ½ tsp
Corn flour 玉米粉 - 3 tbsp
🍴Dipping Sauce
Thai sweet chilli sauce 甜辣酱
