I'm pretty sure she was able to say the entire top-10 of the dumbest things people are saying during a OWI/DUI arrestation.
Being condescending is already bad, but being condescending when everything you say is wrong and stupid, that's really not looking good.

She looked so sad when she acknowledged there was no one she could call. It also confirms she is a nightmare.

That was the painful moment when she was forced to confront the reality that everyone else had cut her off because of her narcissistic, condescending personality, and that the one person who should be there for her, her husband, would rather live out of state despite her being slim, pretty and a lawyer.

We have a DA in our county who has been arrested for drunk driving 3 times and nothing has happened to her. It is disgusting that people, lawyers/da/judges/etc get away with such a dangerous crime.
Does everyone know about it in your county? You should do something about it if they do.
There's no shortage of them. It's exactly the same with politicians and police. I highly respect good cops, and never understood why people hate them. Until i saw the sheer amount of horrible videos out there and it's terrifying. Qualified immunity stops them from actually being held accountable. The channel Lackluster has a ton of them. The worst thing that happens is they step down. It's no different than politicians who have openly admitted to crimes against children. They just step down or very short jail sentence even if they are convinced.
Our justice system is corrupt almost completely. Still good people out there, but not enough in postions of power.
I think most of the DAs in his country need to lose their jobs. They're all so horrible. They let criminals walk constantly or just give them a light slap on the wrist for violent crimes, which is why crime is so bad in most major cities. You catch a guy for robbery and he'll have already been charged with robbery 12 times.
We had a DA in our county that killed a young family years ago while driving drunk. Now he is the 2nd district judge. 😮

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that despite what she says, she has neither job nor friends with that condescending attitude.
Because misery loves company. I’ve worked with people like her and they usually have like one or two friends and that’s it. They’re miserable people who gravitate to each other.
@@alphabrodien Misery DEMANDS company, as my grandpa used to say.
Her husband probably makes no effort to live and work in the same state. He's happier where he's at.
I've dated someone like her but they were way more aggressive and abusive. I was already in a bad family situation and my friends and bf was all I had, she would tell them all lies behind my back and manipulate them so they ditched me and my bf ended up becoming obsessed with her. She then slowly creeped into my life and I felt so broken that I clung to her, when I met my bf again we tried getting back together but he admitted later down the line that he only got back with me because she told him to since she didn't even love him and she wanted me to be happy since she knew I loved him. I felt even worse and it further pushed me into her arms, she was basically a secret admirer who loved me for a long time and was crazy enough to do anything to get me.
The years we were together were awful, she was so manipulative and claimed to have multiple personality disorder but she seemed to be faking it. She seemed to hate me yet love me at the same time and often put me down, when I was incredibly sick one time to the point of just incoherently groaning out of pain she said she found it attractive.
She told me once that when I pass away she would dig up my body, eat it, and keep the poop from after eating it so she could keep me as part of her forever. Hearing her say that made me genuinely terrified, even in the afterlife if I didn't get away from her she would have continued to torment what was left of me.
Near the end of the relationship she forced us into a poly relationship with her ex bf, he was awful mentally and would often threaten to take his own life or put himself down. I did my best to help him but he would turn things around into a sexu@l situation and I gave him pictures of myself because he made me feel somewhat better in comparison to my gf. When she heard about it she said he's just using me to get them and she was right but she didn't care and just said to send the pics to her.
I only got out of that relationship after slowly distancing myself over the course of months when I found new friends, they showed me how what I was going through wasn't normal. I eventually broke thing off and I remember how she went ballistic constantly contacting me saying she'd take her life, going out of her way to say this stuff in group chats or public servers to get other people against me.
She moved on to another person later on and now I'm with one of my friends I met while leaving her, he's amazing and showed me what a real relationship is supposed to be like. I had to unlearn so many things because she basically trained me like a dog to even ask if it was okay for me to use the bathroom. I hope whoever she's with gets away from her, if she somehow changed I guess I hope they're happy together but I'd never fully trust her, she was insane.
The patience that these cops have not to just tell them to STFU, among other things, is staggering. I could not deal with this crap all day every day.
Is bc they know the cops get away with breaking laws that normal people can't. They get to go home and the other gets at least a night in jail. Likely why you see many abusive cops in Maryland.
When you get paid 6 figures to deal with BS it shouldn't be that difficult

I had a coworker like her. She was awful since day one and managment would take her side 150%. Within her first month I was able to compile 7 pages of her misconduct. When I submitted it to managment, I was fired for "harassment" and GENDER DISCRIMINATION despite being there 3 years with high reviews and zero negative record. She drove out 8 other employees until they had to fire her when she was filmed fighting with a customer. Managment sacrificed so much for nothing.

Same here. Give me a strong sativa dominant hybrid in a bong with ice water and I'm just fine. Alcohol is such a dirty crappy buzz compared to weed, I don't know why people like it so much. For someone who has stated (obviously) that she does not wish to answer any questions or speak to the officer, without a lawyer present, she certainly doing a lot of talking. And bam. 20:02 there it is.
And, as a lawyer, you should know that when you tell a police officer that you will not be speaking to them, without a lawyer present, and no information will be provided, there is no need to read your Miranda rights because there is no “anything you say maybe used in evidence against you”, Because you just told the office said that you’re not going to say anything. If you then start sprouting your mouth off, that’s on you not the officer. Maybe you as a sober lawyer, would actually grasp that, whereas you don’t as a drunk lawyer.
Obviously 😮
And the officer should stop asking questions also, not just continuing to ask the same question and hoping they will forget they pled the 5th. Come on, hold everybody equally accountable in this world, now. Isn't that why the law was invented

@moonshineblues204 actually, it's not on the officer to stop asking questions. It's on the dependent to stop talking. You can plead the 5th, but if you start talking it can ve used against you.
Stuff like this is why I’m never impressed when someone says they’re a lawyer. All that means is that you had and/or borrowed a lot of money, and you can read/write at at least an average level. There are certainly lots of intelligent lawyers out there, but intelligence isn’t required to become a lawyer.

Yeah, I think other comments have established she's not a lawyer, but it seems like I've seen some body cam video where actual lawyers acted pretty freaking bad.
Did you land on the moon?
You would think so. I have had a lawyer tell me that lawyers are actually horrible at being quiet and asking for a lawyer.
The real question is who is she hanging out with at a fantasy football draft party while her man is in Nebraska? That's not exactly the place you go to have girls night, it's where all the guys hang out. And maybe there your friends drag you to set you up with some local dudes.
Even I know as an Aussie that U.S police only need to read Miranda rights if they're going to question you. She pulled the attorney card and invoked her right to remain silent. As soon as that happens the cops stop asking questions and just arrest you, because as Leon said, they can't use anything asked as evidence. And they're pretty positive she's drunk.
I watch way too much RUclips.

Yeah- I have been a lawyer for over 20 years and am amazed at the amount of people who actually believe you MUST be read your Miranda Rights before being arrested. Miranda Rights are ONLY triggered when statements by the defendant may be introduced against them and the defendant is in “custody”. And with DUI things, IF you don’t take the breathalyzer or give blood, the state will AUTOMATICALLY take your license for 6 months to a year. Driving is deemed a “privilege”- not a right. This girl got her license automatically suspended. And since the cops don’t need ANYTHING she says to charge her and PREVAIL on a DUI, she has totally screwed herself.
Probably ready for some life changes & help!
What gets me so intrigued by Miranda is how people are _obsessed_ with it. I guess they got the idea as kids that that's and classic police mistake where they forget to read your rights as they arrest you and how the case is dismissed on the technicality. But if that was the case, they ought to sit quietly and revel in the fact that the cops just messed up and you will get out as soon as your lawyer can draw the footage. But no, they have to loudly tell the cops that they didn't read their rights, and give them a chance to repair the arrest. And they won't shut up, they go nuts if they don't get it, like it's this formal ritual that must be observed . And this is usually after they spend half an hour loudly telling them that they know all their rights and laws. But they definitely _need,_ to hear Miranda, it's pretty much a war crime to not read their rights to them.
I'm self-aware enuf that when I started blacking out B4 falling out & they're different I limited my driving as I started having BOTH visual & audible hallucinations all due to Narcolepsy w Cataplexy yet the sleep doctor I went to legit said I DNT have Narcolepsy which it's a completely different test than the sleep studies I've done & been fired from COUNTLESS provider's that I've had for YRS & I saved my life along w countless other's & losing my 'doctor's' was a price worth paid.
Can't you see❓️ Mister OBVIOUS.😂😂😂😂😂
Kudos to the female officer who didn't get on the hamster wheel of back-and-forth senseles conversation.
She couldn’t accept the offer to call somebody to pick her up because the cop said it was at her discretion and ego wouldn’t let her accept the cop’s discretionary break 😂
That and maybe in her head she is probably thinking that naming somebody will make it that she's admitting that she's drunk.
Yup. Her pride got in her own damn way 😂
Mr. Lush, I live my life in constant pain due to a disease I developed when I was 38. After 15 years of this condition I’m bedridden but at least I’m able to remain employed to support my wife and son. After all those years it’s been challenging to find unique entertainment. I stumbled across your channel and rind parts so funny I’m able to escape the pain for brief periods.
Thank you for your effort, insights, and creativity. I appreciate your self-deprecating humor and frank observations. The hits of dopamine you elicit work far better than the drugs I take to remain functional. It’s too bad I can’t put your channel in pill form.
I wish you continued success.
As a fellow spoonie / chronic pain patient. (I have complex regional pain syndrome). I am so happy to hear you have something that can lift your spirits. I wish you many good days, and hopefully lessened pain days ahead!
I, too, live with chronic pain, and these videos are my source of entertainment. Leon's videos are such a great distraction! Blessings & wishing you both good days ahead.
I sorry you are in so much pain, sending you positive healing for some relief, have you tried massage, I am a Massage Therapist and this may help. God Bless You!.
Same here. I was in pain management for debilitating endometriosis that spread to other organs after a total hysterectomy at 25. For many years I was at least able to live a normal life and function through the pain. That was until the government decided nobody needed pain medication and that they knew better than pain specialists. On the bad days when I can’t get out of the house it’s easy to get down and depressed. There are some days when Leon’s videos are the only escape I get.
You can tell, she was a mean girl in high school and we got to see Karma finally caught up with her lol…OBVIOUSLY!
So, this is my second Leon video. His sarcasm is stellar! I’ll call myself a new fan! Obviously.
she's OBVIOUSLY telling the truth.
Lol
I'm from Wisconsin. I grew up there. They are "special". I know that some police departments do reserve the right to let people go to a responsible sober person. Makes no sense to me. Your drunk and driving - go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.
😂
Florida agrees. They don’t give out that option. Ever.
Wisconsin DUI policy/practice is pure rage fuel
Australia here. She'd be locked up so fast, her head would be spinning! And pulling the "I'm a lawyer" card would have the cops pissing themselves laughing! 🤣🇭🇲
I had a couple of friends that moved to Wisconsin, and they both said that nearly everyone there was an alcoholic😅😅😅
By the way the cops deal with DUI offenders, like in this video, I would have to agree with my friends.
Dui's are now like speeding tickets. It's ridiculous.
ahahaha I drive a large RV...I ended up rolling over, literally no clue...I remember the cop asking me the same question, which way were you going, I mean obviously...oh wait...uh... Thing is a drunk driver blew through a stop sign at 65+, hit me in the ass end, I had NO CLUE, never saw a thing, ANYWAYS...that exact question had me baffled for a minute, all I remember was hitting the asphalt. This made me laugh...obviously
I think it’s OBVIOUS, that she has OBVIOUSLY been through this before! OBVIOUSLY! 🤨🤪
People have gotten so smug and entitled over the last 15 years it's crazy!
I’d argue they’ve always been this entitled; we just weren’t lucky enough to see it as often 😂
Nothing has changed. It's just on camera now.
Obviously.
i know he posts a video of an entitled woman/Karen every few days.
I was just going to say@@kickass12121 camera phones and body cams are magical
I hate it when I’m just driving down the road and all of a sudden my car rolls on its side for some belly rubs.. It’s goddamn adorable but super inconvenient. Then it becomes a whole scene, bystanders and passersby want to give it belly rubs because it’s so cute, meanwhile I’m just trying to go get groceries… It’s a nightmare😂😂
Normal circumstanse of a car on the side😂
I love how she assumes the cop would go up to her and go "oh yeah a car flipped over, happens all the time"
Imagine how much of a joy this person is it be around when they're sober.
I’m guessing that’s why her husband lives in another state. If he even exists…
Exactly what I was thinking. Could you imagine how hard it would be to be her husband and pretend like you enjoy being around her? 😂
Can't imagine why she has no one to call, she's such a sweetheart!
She literally just said “this obviously just happened BY ITSELF”!!!! 😂😂😂
It's okay, Leon... We're addicted too...
AND YOU'RE OUR ENABLER 😂
I saw this video a couple days ago and it made me crazy. Only you, Leon, could truly provide the proper commentary to do this clip its full measure of justice. It soothed my injured soul.
I saw this few days ago to so when I saw that Leon was doing a video on this one I thought "oh f*ck here we go, this is going to bee a good one" 😂
Yes ! I couldn’t keep watching it before .. but this wonderful commentary made it so much more bearable 😊
Your injured soul?
Chill out Susan
@@joyseegers5783me too…now I can stomach it! 😄
Snap. Just didn't realise until I heard that voice.
The whole "my husband is in Nebraska......" repeatedly spoken, confirms that, , obviously, naw, she hasnae got anyone else to come and claim her.
Obviously, there's a reason her husband is so far away ,living and working ,🤔, I wonder what that reason could possibly be. She's what we in Scotland call an absolute cretinous, obnoxious eejit. And that's me being nice, obviously . Just hoping to see Part 2 appear at some point. 🙏🤞😹😹
I literally obviously can't get enough of this video. Thanks brotha!
Leon " call somebody to come pick you up from the back of the cruiser So you can tell them how a car came out of a fkn tree and head butted you're fkn kia sorrento and flipped you over in the middle of a residential street "🤣💀🤣💀🤣💜 Love this channel..Leons commentary makes me laugh so hard
*Obviously* someone needs to buy Rachel a thesaurus for Christmas. 😝
Well, duh!...... oh wait, hold on a sec..... that means 'obviously' too!
You're right, thesauruses rock!
For Rachel bc you know she'll be reading:
apparently
certainly
clearly
definitely
evidently
noticeably
plainly
seemingly
surely
undoubtedly
visibly
distinctly
incontestably
of course
openly
undeniably
unquestionably
without doubt
I could never be a cop. Dealing with aholes & not being able to tell them off, I don’t think I’d be able to do that.😂
Man, you make me laugh historically when you make fun and get sarcastic about these drunk lunatics. 😂
"Literally " and "obviously " are a drunks 2 favorite words.
"Obviously." I needed a good laugh today. Per usual, Leon Lush had me literally and obviously looking like a fool in the car laughing alone. Too bad so sad for America's best lawyer, Rachael.
😂
