in case anyone needs a reminder you can ALWAYS stop a tattoo. whatever your reason is it’s enough. it’s your body and you have full control over what goes on it. also, tattoos only have the meaning you give them and it doesn’t have to make sense to anyone.

I was about to say all this too. As well as what you mentioned about them having the meaning you give them. Now whether she likes it or not, it's still a quirky story and has meaning. She shouldn't lie and say its cuz she likes cherries as her fav fruit. Lmao kinda feel like this is a bait video tbh

@@kavishU0902 I mean the action of stopping is objectively easier than the action of tattooing for the artist, it’s not like the guns move automatically. It would just be a matter of what they’d be doing about the 1/3 of a tattoo making her hand look weird but it might just be up to her to have someone else do a cover up

To anyone who is considering a tattoo in the future: If a tattoo artist mocks you, makes you doubt your choice, or anything like tha, RUN FOR THE HILLS DO NOT LET THEM PUT SOMETHING ON YOUR BODY PERMANENTLY. A GOOD Tattoo artist should make you feel comfortable no matter WHAT. They should be encouraging and offer advice at the MOST (in terms of trying to make the placement look as good as possible). If you ever feel uncomfortable, anxious, or doubtful because of a comment the tattoo artist makes, do NOT ever let the artist make you feel anything short of excited and comfortable.

Always speak up. Specially being on something that is forever. Don't let anyone even a professional tattoo artist make you question what you want. It's ok to hear their opinion but don't let them change your mind for you. Even if it seems like the weirdest or craziest or even ugliest thing to them, it's not their taste or body or tattoo, it's yours.
On my first tattoo I told the artist I wanted it small. I had to make him shrink my art like 4 times and I know I got on his nerves but it's my money, my body, my tattoo. He kept telling me "you know the price will be the same right? Even if you go smaller the price won't get smaller." I knew this and price had nothing to do with it. It was the proportion of the tattoo size to my body and body part. Lol I'm a small person and it just didn't look right to me to have a huge piece on the back of my shoulder (it was literally just an outlined sun and moon, no color, no shading. It needed to be petite.). Luckily he did what I asked and I ended up leaving happy.

Tattoos dont have to have to be meaningful...It can be if you want! But it doesn't need to be. But also, Im sorry that happened. That tattoo artist is a bad one. If someone asks for something, you dont say anything unless its not what the artist is comfortable with, or if its something they think you will regret getting the tattoo (not the placement, the tattoo) in a few years. Even then, usually, tattoo artists ask "are you sure" if its a dumb tattoo and/or if you're younger

never pull your second skin away from the tattoo!! always pull directly up or directly down parallel to the tattoo as to not risk pulling any ink out.

Tattoos dont have to have a meaning they can also just represent a memory or be art you like from an artist. Its nice to have a funmemory of an event you went to imo

I think art can stand it’s own ground without needing specific meaning, especially if it has a funny story and moral to it!
