A game about deception makes you think more about how you someone may be trying to deceive you. At the end of the day, everyone will try a different things. What you described is one of the most obvious answers. And that is not to say some people may be acting that way in fear of being suspected of being gay because they themselves see it as a negative thing. But in a game setting, a game of deception at that. Is it fair to imprint your beliefs that that's how they "all" are as you say. Have you personally interviewed every single person in that room?
