just reminding people that raw feeding is incredibly difficult and requires a delicate balance of nutrients. It's much safer to feed a a dry food with plenty of water avaliable, or a wet food if your cat doesn't like to drink water. Major pet food companies do lifetime feeding trials to ensure that their food isn't going to significantly shorten your pet's lifespan. If you do decide to raw feed it should be under the oversight of a vet, preferably one with specialized nutritional training. Raw feeding can be fun, it's like playing zookeeper for your pet, but you have to do it in a way that's not at the expense of the animal.
Raw if done right is 100% way more healthier and natural. It's just more expensive because this economy makes unhealthy shit cheep while making healthier foods expensive.
@@fennek1nviking We have no scientific proof that raw diets, prepared or homemade, are healthier for cats. Like I said, many major cat food brands do feeding trials to make sure their food is safe for lifetime feeding, and some like Purina are AAFCO certified to meet nutritional requirements. A lot of raw food companies are very new and haven't had the time to do this kind of research.
@@skylahenry8552 yes I have. I spent a long time staring at ingredient lists on cat foods because I thought my cat might be allergic to chicken (it later turned out to be a grain allergy). My personal choice is Purina Beyond Salmon flavored, it's grain free, has no artificial color/flavor, and AAFCO approved meaning it's certified as nutritionally complete, unlike many raw diets. Most animals live a long, healthy life on commercial cat food and shaming people for not feeding raw is stupid. It's pretty simple to do research on dry or wet food and choose one that's good for your pet. It's a lot harder (and easier to accidentally cause major malnutrition) to put together a raw diet.
@@fennek1nviking The economy doesn't "make" unhealthy food cheap or healthy food expensive. Healthy food costs more to produce, supply, and preserve, so those costs are passed onto the consumer. Unhealthy, processed foods with a lot of fillers and preservatives cost less to produce and supply, so they're cheaper to the customer, as well. Now, _inflation_ is out of control, which makes everything more expensive, but healthy food costing more isn't some sort of conspiracy.
To people worrying they arent feeding their cats like this : youre okay! As long as your feeding a good quality complete diet (wet or dry) your cat will be getting all the nutrient they need.

My childhood cat liked the top half but hated the bottom, and the other just liked killing 🥲 thankfully I know better now and keep my boy indoors with supervised outdoor time, so no killing the local wildlife
@@Liam-ck8uc Thank you! Finally a responsible owner who realized that keeping your cats outside is really harmful to the local wildlife. I often feel that cat owners seem to feel no remorse about their cats needlessly killing animals that they won't even eat. Some bird species near my hometown are going extinct because of selfish cat owners that believe the law (no cats outside during breeding time) does not apply to them and their cats. They say "it's just one bird!", but when cats are the second most owned pet in the world and everybody thinks like that, it quickly becomes a serious problem. Dogs are kept on a leash so they don't harm people and wildlife, it is even against the law for pet dogs to chase wildlife. But strangely enough it is not considered a problem by many cat owners when their cat hunts and kills wildlife unsupervised and regularly. I'm glad to have found someone who actually cares and leaves their cat indoors for the sake of wildlife, well done!
I went to visit family and had a cat sitter feed our 2 cats every day but they're outdoor cats so I came back to a few feathers in the bath and 2 bird feet.. no bones, no guts, just a few leftover feathers... A few weeks before this she left a skull, the feet, 1 wing and an organ, clearly she didn't like the taste of that bird as much, I literally had to clean up a crime scene 😭 Edit: they're my nannys cats but she moved and couldn't take them with her and I now live in her house and cant make them indoor cats bc theyve been outdoor cats for years, if it was up to me they wouldn't leave the house, it's dangerous for them and bad for the local wildlife.
These ingredients are great but be carefull, raw and suplement food needs to be perfectly measured depending of the cat's needa and weight plus age, do not feed these ingredients without knowing exactly how much of each and how often they needed, it can dangerously damage their health and cause a lot of problems even if it's healthy food. These quantity looks a little bit too much, do not try to just fill all plates just because their design, it is not a good choice. Measure it first

Raw feeding can be fun, it's like playing zookeeper for your pet, but you have to do it in a way that's not at the expense of the animal.
Have you seen commercial cat food????
As long as your feeding a good quality complete diet (wet or dry) your cat will be getting all the nutrient they need.
nooo, ONLY wet! God Bless!
@@IDontKnow-pf6en Cats will not thrive on only wet food in my experience. My cat absolutely hates wet food and will never eat it. I offer it to her anyway, but she will not eat it. Even if they do eat wet food, you should keep in mind that wet food is mostly water weight and doesn’t have as much nutrients as dry food. It’s best to offer both in my experience
@@IDontKnow-pf6enwet food is actually horrible for their teeth and can cause tooth rot. If you're worried about their hydration, add some water to dry food and let it soak for a few minutes before feeding, or get them a water fountain (cats avoid stagnant water bc it's more likely to harbor bacteria)
@@IDontKnow-pf6enno, some cats cant eat wet food
@@IDontKnow-pf6enOnly wet? Nah
You can tell how much this cat is loved!
As you put on the rabbit cubes I was cuddling with my rabbit and I covered it’s eyes lol
I have a rabbit too and it made me sad to think that that could have been my rabbit
He is not very cuddly though but he just lays beside me not on me he prefers a bit of space😂❤❤
@@rebeccacollier4156i doubt it would’ve been your rabbit
They were either from wild rabbit or from a massive rabbit farm
Rabbit for food are different than pet rabbits because they can selectively breed them to get the most meat off of the animal
same 😭
Awww!!!! He sounds like a little prince! So cute
@@GlossyBees that shit is so disgusting wtf is wrong with humans
Feathers can pose a potential choking hazard, as they can easily get lodged in your cat's throat. They are also unable to digest feathers, which could cause more serious problems, such as intestinal blockage, as it attempts to pass through their system.
- google
@@beeootyfulfeathers are keratin. Keratin can’t be digested directly. The only way feathers can be broken down for eating is through hydrolysis.
@@beeootyfultype in can cats eat feathers.. its exactly what comes up on Google. I literally just did. Lol.
I love how much you care for your pets if I was a animal I would want you as my owner
My cat would look at this and gag and ask for some meow mix 😂 your cat has a very refined taste
How happy I was five minutes ago to not be thinking about freeze dried chicken hearts.
Ahh I’m sorry! They’re very very healthy, though!
@@Hoogie_Bear_ Are there any other things you would recommend for cats, I think mine might like to something new?
Blood dust💀💀
@@goofy_arusha70_you realize other cultures feature cooked blood right? brits sure as hell do.
@@yippeeflowersThey were not commenting on other cultures or even what other people eat, just the fact that in the video they use literal “blood dust”
As an Indian ik ganpati bappa will really bless you for taking care of his best friend 😌
“ Yeah, what seasoning do you like?” “Ehm..blood dust, How about you?”
Yep, you're right. Outdoor cats have definitely tasted feathers before. In fact outdoor cats kill in the US alone kill about 2 billion birds a year. 😢
This is why I keep my cats indoors. For their safety and for safety of the birds , frogs , lizards, etc .
@@_RayOfLight_Thanks Moon Lady. I don't think people realize how much damage cats cause to the environment and also the danger to the cats. I saw a coyote carrying the neighbors outdoor cat away last summer
I wish there was more awareness about this. That is an absolutely insane amount of birds. Thanks for informing us 👍🏽

@@just_trinn I can hear the Price is Right music in the background. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer but sadly it's true.
This is not food, it is a piece of art
I would be so pissed if I was a hungry animal and my owner was playing tic tac toe with my meal
Are you also annoyed when a restaurant takes time to make your meal look nice? Pets can have patience too :P there is nothing wrong with making a cat wait ten minutes for their meal.
Would I personally bother to go through all that? No.. but if the owner is willing to, then cool.
@@mistymane52 It’s just a joke m’am.
That's SO much food for a cat, but a great variety lol
Not really
Food depends on the weight of the cat and seeing as tho she knows an exact amount of what to feed it then she has probably done some form of weighing test at the vets or something
Thats what i said!! My cat eats a single can of fancy feast a day. She eats it in very small portions all throughout the day. And she eats dry food too. She’s still fat as hell even tho she doesn’t really eat alot. This cat eats 10 times more than my cat does
I'm blown away by how much free time & money she clearly has on her hands bc literally wtf
Wow! That's a lot of slow feeders!
This isn't a meal, it's a collage.
Do you know what exactly the point in putting food in that as opposed to a bowl? Do you do this with dogs too? Just curious.
@@anneshirley9560there is actually a purpose! Theyre slow feeders, which are intended to “complicate” the meal so that your pet doesn’t gobble it all down quickly (like my cat does, which causes him to throw up)
They can be used for dogs too!
Cat:mum what’s for dinner
Mum: a 5 ⭐️ girl dinner 💅👌
NEVER stop adding your boyfriend’s absolute piano masterpieces!!! Glad you had some time to breathe! if I didn’t have the weekends i would crash so i can’t phantom what you go through with the crazy hours and alternating days off. Hope you are happy and healthy everyday and always
That cat got a more expensive and healthy meal than I do.
Saw my cat catch a bird once and can confirm, they eat ALL OF IT! Sorry people are whining in the comments about your cat eating good, they look so healthy!
When I had indoor outdoor cats they never ate everything. There was always a mouse face and tail to greet me or a bird head and intestines. My favorite was big bullfrogs. Without the legs.
My childhood cat liked the top half but hated the bottom, and the other just liked killing 🥲 thankfully I know better now and keep my boy indoors with supervised outdoor time, so no killing the local wildlife
@@marionpeebles3836 I heard somewhere that your cat might be leaving them to share them with you for you to eat, as in an act of service for you
@@Liam-ck8uc Thank you!
A few weeks before this she left a skull, the feet, 1 wing and an organ, clearly she didn't like the taste of that bird as much, I literally had to clean up a crime scene 😭
Edit: they're my nannys cats but she moved and couldn't take them with her and I now live in her house and cant make them indoor cats bc theyve been outdoor cats for years, if it was up to me they wouldn't leave the house, it's dangerous for them and bad for the local wildlife.
Why does this cat have better meals than I could ever even think a cat could have
These ingredients are great but be carefull, raw and suplement food needs to be perfectly measured depending of the cat's needa and weight plus age, do not feed these ingredients without knowing exactly how much of each and how often they needed, it can dangerously damage their health and cause a lot of problems even if it's healthy food.
These quantity looks a little bit too much, do not try to just fill all plates just because their design, it is not a good choice.
Measure it first
Karen, Stop to act Like everyone but you is an Idiot 🙄
I was about to say, my cat would normally eat close to half of this in dry kibble, that amount of food looks very high, especially with all the duck
This seems great but I cannot imagine the SMELL😫❤️
Honestly it’s not bad at all. There’s a few items I’ve tried that are not the best, but overall most items don’t have a strong smell!
Love the people that can feed this way takes so much time and knowledge
It’s the way that this cat is getting fed better than my mom fed me 😭😭😭. You would think this cat is her HUMAN child fr
Watching these kind of content makes me happy and at the same time sad. I wish I could've treated my pet with these good foods before she passed away :")
In the beginning, when my second stray cat picked my home to live in, I would wake up every morning to the sound of her crunching down on her breakfast bird, feathers and all, next to my bed.😸

That cat is livingTHE BEST LIFE
I once saw my cat caught a black coloured bird and ate it..I live in apartment and it's hard to catch a bird from 4 th floor but he literally ate it full..I was sleeping and I woke up hearing bird chirping and was so scared of seeing him eating it alive..I couldn't go near him the whole day
My cat was an outdoor cat, ( he has since passed ) one time he brought a half eaten chickadee back home on our doorstep. He definitely ate at least 10 feathers.
My cats bring me feathers from their trips outside when they wanna play, they love fetch and teasing lol
If you're feeding feathers/fur you really dont need the pumpkin. They do the same thing of helping to bulk stool! Love seeing raw fed cats ❤
Actually cats are way more omnivorous than you think. They greatly benefit from eating various vegetables.
Over the top, don't feed feathers to your cat if you love them
I don’t have any pets but I really love your videos. ❤
Rabbit... Feathers.... blood dust ??!!!!! Are you okay 🙃🙃
Seriously what's the point of the blood dust 😭
is this all for one sitting? my own stomach wouldn't fit all that, what are you doing with yo cat 💀
