We get opportunities nearly everyday to produce fruit. Say a kind word to someone. Listen to someone who is lonely. Be there for one another. There are times when we need help and out of the blue someone helps and we say God bless you. What happens, that person gets the blessings they need in their life. Sometimes signboards are put up along the street which speaks a lot, God talking thru them, sending Light in your hour of need. You reached out to someone else in their hard times. In the market places, work places, neighbourhood one never knows when you can get an opportunity to walk that extra mile to help and you do it and receive blessings. You learn patience, kindness..through different incidents happening in your life. You evolve and grow. Your life is full of good memories and rich in experiences, a fulfilled life.

Just now getting to this one as I watch whichever pop up within the algorithm but this one really has stuck out because the truth of the matter is I identify as cursed and fruitless. Not because I want to but because I can see the way that it could easily go my way and expressing that is also what I do. I then establish it as an expectation now that you've been made aware of it and it just makes me feel like an onion with the layers of pride and ego. Whether it's a solution that should be the help, I feel as though it's because I'm not sure where the Lord is in my life but I can surely say that he's not first. I'm doing my best and it's not an excuse but I really want to do and be better because I do want to go to heaven. I believe, for any Christian, that would want to be the end game goal. Amen. From another Alex, here. 😂 I hopped on here as I’m reading Francis Chan’s newest book, “Until Unity.” He talks about how we have somehow created a category of Christians that does not exist. They are the lukewarm. It will be impossible and frustrating to try to unify with the lukewarm. However real Christians will be able to unify with other real Christians. Example: Zaccheus and the rich young ruler. Zaccheus willingly gave half his possessions to the poor etc. without promoting from Jesus, But The rich young ruler did not see the exceedingly worth of Jesus.
Just asking out of curiosity but if God knows everything and he’s loving why would he create the people he knew would go to hell ? Why not just not create them
He gives everyone equal opportunity to become servants of him, and to find peace and worth through him. God made us with free will. He gave the choice to follow him. If he created humans to all be perfect servants of him, there would be no reason for this earth. So while God is all-knowing, he also gives us free will to choose our own fate.
