She was the one that told the police she didn't think this was a criminal situation and she was the one that suggested they separate them for at least a night. It was not a happy occasion… he was grieving…that’s a bombshell. She got it. Brian basically told him he knew she was dead, he was concerned about being found guilty unjustly or justly, but getting a lawyer and running way just screams guilty.
I think it is very disturbing that Laundries did not communicate with Gabby family. That was absolutely cruel. This is why the public is pissed off.

In particular, asking why he would inform FBI that Brian had not returned home from his hike on Monday night, (he recalled it as Tuesday morning) if there wasn’t real family concern about his state of mind. His ego has got the better of him and his damage control is not working. He sounds like a child trying to rationalize their poor or even worse behavior

Once you are in court, you need a state license to practice trial law in that state, however, you still can represent someone in court using an out-of-state license if you motion to a judge a Pro Hac Vice motion in court, if the judge allow this motion, you can represent someone in court even if you do not have state bar license.

He flat out answered the question “did Brian kill gabby” if Brian really didn’t kill her he wouldn’t have hesitated and had to come up with a longer explanation and use the word “uh” and “you know”. It would have simply been a no. He knows what Brian did and he will crack eventually.

There are other factors to consider. However I still think I lean towards them knowing. Still these are other possibilities: He could have told his parents that Gabby was with her dad or with a friend and Gabby didn't even like to drive the van maybe they knew that too. Maybe he also said they were taking a break after a fight and while Gabby worked on the vlog and she was somewhere else that would have made sense to them. He could have said he was going to do some work on the van thats why he had it. He could have told them he was upset though and didn't want to talk about his relationship problems. And KEY he could have blocked Gabby's parents numbers on his own parents cell phones. Easily done on iphones without anyone noticing. Anyways he had a long drive home to think of explanations for things im sure he could have made up some good ones. Or it's a family of heartless narcissists and flying monkeys, like Chris Watts mom and dad. Brian seemed like maybe the Golden child. Still, we don't know the exact details. Chris Watts lied at first about what happened with Shannan, I wouldn't put it past Brian. Maybe a couple days before he left the truth came out... it could be all sorts of possibilities.
The timeline that Gabby‘s mother gave in the timeline the lawyer gave in the interview the other day said they know probably as Bryan was driving home. Gabby‘s mother said that on day five she was really worried but family was saying it was OK that they probably didn’t have signal on day six and seven Gabby‘s mother stated that she called around to family members to see if anybody had heard from her they were still saying they probably don’t have signal being in the mountain at that point she had a feeling something was wrong she then called Bryan‘s phone do you know answer when he did not answer after a couple of calls she then feared both of them were in harms way and started to call Bryan‘s parents. We know that from Gabby‘s mother statement that she said after 10 days of no phone contact on the 11th she got Police to go to their home. So the lawyer said the reason that Bryan or his family never answered to the potato family was the fact that he told them not to so is she called Bryan on the seventh or eighth day that means the lawyer had already been talked to and told if they happen to call do not answer which puts the timeline of the lawyer being hired pretty much as Bryan was starting to drive home or right as he got home for him to tell them not to take the calls if the family was to call.
We have no idea what Brian told his parents, we all think he did tell them he killed her, however he also could have made up some story. If they did know, there is no way they are going to say, it`s called burden of proof. What ever Brian did an secret`s he had, was taken to his grave.
