Can someone help me figure out how to set the sunrise to come on gradually with the alarm. When I set my alarm the sound goes off and the light turns on right away, like there’s no sunrise effect. Shouldn’t it go from a low red to bright yellow on its own???
Could not connect. My app does not have the SMART Lighting option.....just lighting. Tried to connect about 25 times....and always an error at the end. Hmmmm.....
It finally worked for me. I unplugged the light for 10 seconds then plugged in and made sure the wifi light flashed rapidly. From there select Lighting (Other) which I believe is the last option under lighting in the top section.
How can I disable the wif?? I don't want to connect it or have it constantly blinking! It was working for about 3 years like that and then it got unplugged!
Yes! There isn’t an option to select Sound only so you have select Light + Sound. Under the Ringing Sound, set the volume to 1,. That is the closest option to NO sound.
How do I factory reset the clock? I had been using the clock for about 2 months at the beginning of the year, it was working perfectly fine including the app and everything. Then we went into quarantine and I stopped using it for a couple months, then I moved and it was in a box for a while. I decided to start using it again the other day, so I plugged it in and opened the app on my phone. It said it was connected on my phone, but when I clicked buttons on the app, it didn't do anything to the clock. I tried playing around with it a little more, and eventually found a thing on the app that said "forget device" (or something like that). I clicked this and it had two options, "forget device" or "forget device and wipe all information". I did the "forget device and wipe all information" in the hopes it would factory reset the clock and I could just start fresh. Unfortunately, all that happened was it disconnected the clock from my smart life app. The clock still has a blinking wifi symbol, but when I try to connect to it again in the smart life app, it says I can't connect, like there are no devices to connect to. I would just like to factory reset the thing and start fresh.
Hi sorry for the long version here, but I need some help… I changed my Wi-Fi password about 2 months after I got the wake up light, and I haven't been able to figure out how to get the light reconnected to the Smartlife App aor any Wi-Fi/phone for that matter - since then ; it’s become a glorified paperweight with a light . I've tried everything in the book (I think), recently I was due for a phone upgrade and thought that it may work again on the app on my iPhone 13 , but still no luck - i just gets “failed to connect symbol “ every time. I got so desperate for an answer that I thought about switching my Wi-Fi password back to its original password that came with router… but that's just way too much work considering how many devices Wi-fi settings Id have to play with after doing that tmrw. There's no way to do hard-reset on the light unit itself. I unscrewed the small battery compartment underneath to see if there was maybe a tiny reset button that I could use a pen/paperclip and just wipe it, but no luck. Any suggestions/anyone face same issue? It Could be a really easy fix but I'm almost sure I've tried everything/spent too many hours on it/too Much frustration at this point. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
HELP, I already connected my device to the wifi and it worked a few months but now it disconnected and I can’t get it to work again. So my device is already saved in the smart life app but I can’t connect it to it anymore. Any ideas what I could do?

@@Sminlek Exactly. Being quiet is the stance you should be taking if you aren’t educated enough to know the diff. If you don’t know just say you don’t know? Not knowing isn’t the problem here. How about you don't offend anyone by saying chinese when it's actually japanese.
How about you quiet down it’s quite difficult to tell the difference between the two
