      Couldnt help but notice that you dont include BB Rows or Pullups. Why?
      I always start with these two and then include Cables, DBs and Machines

      ​@@isaaclimon9215 that's an excellent question... I personally have been doing compound moves on the first day and the second day I do one compound and 2 or 3 isolation sets.
      But if he answers your question, I'll know if I'm eating my time up improperly

    He does not need a anatomy chart to let you know which muscle fiber he is talking about. He just goes blip blip with that muscle fiber.

    I like to memorize the order of my workout the day before so that when I get going on the workout I don't have to think what to do next in the workout! Also I'll practice my form with resistance bands the day before so i can get each motion down before lifting. weights.
