How about evaluating it this way: Achievements (how they did on the things they wanted to improve); Ideas(synopsis of the speech); Movement (emotion, vocal variety, and gesture analysis); Strategy for future speeches.
Hi Peter, I just have two points on your presentation. Your hands were constantly moving and it was a bit distracting for me. You are passionate about what you present and that is wonderful but I would suggest not so much movement with the hands. Secondly, you mentioned what you might say to someone who was using slides in a power point and you said you would suggest:"You should...." We know should is one word to avoid in feedback as it sounds like it was wrong and could feel condescending. Otherwise, I liked the points and the organization of your presentation.
