Ok a couple of things, first this is a well made video and definately helped, but I ran into an issue where the hitch assembly front tines (the forward part of the hitch has two prongs forward) they were too close together and the holes didn't line up with the existing predrilled holes. I had to cut a piece of wood just larger than the width of the front tines and pound it inbetween them thus forcing them apart far enough for the holes to line up.......the other thing is the front panel, this video correctly shows how to cut the front panel to accomodate the hitch, but the instructions that come with the hitch don't do such a good job. Other than that the job took about an hour and it appears to be a really beefy assembly

I purchased this and the retailer is saying it does not come with a template to cut the rear panel. Can you help?
