Es kann ja viel daneben gehen, mit einem Pferd und den Idjoten die dort manchmal rumlaufen und in die Zügel greifen und ähnliche Dinge. Da kann eine Stunde manchmal lang werden und so eine kleine Unterbrechung und Unterstützung tut da gut, obwohl es ihn sehr ergriffen hat, hat er die Sympathien der Besucher auf seiner Seite.

It moved him so much to see his mum. He was holding back tears for the whole of the rest of the video. It must be so hard for these young guys to be away from their family and living in barracks for long periods and a surprise visit was really emotional for him. I hope he got some leave to see his mum soon after. :)

My son is a colleague of the Captain of the Kings Guards. They went to the same university and keep in regular touch, meeting yearly. My son lives in California ,Beverly Hills and their friendship has endured over the years.

Does not matter the country, branch, or age, when your mom and Dad shows up. The Guard on duty turns into a kid, gives honor to the mother with a smile and " What are you doing here ?" And Mom turns him or her into their 4 year old for just second. A memory that last a lifetime.
