I just bought one from arms unlimited a few days ago when I received it I was lucky enough to get a yellow one in very good shape the only thing wrong with it was that it was dirty but that's to be expected the taser works fine as well as the flashlight on it I got lucky when it came to this
@@CraftinFears_Official you have a faulty battery. pop in a fresh one at your earliest convenience. I'm looking to get one but I've been waiting for more people to buy them and do reviews.
@@CraftinFears_Official that's what I had to do. axon has the xdpm for like 60 dollars bro. but just to be sure, clean off your battery contacts. ee code just means the connection is bad but it can be caused by dirty battery contacts or a faulty battery in general which it was for me
I got an x26 from them awhile ago. Only issue i had was the battery button not popping back out. With the batch they have in right now though, there's been lots of reported issues. AU even deleted some of the reviews. Glad you got a working one though!
Only real negative review is from a guy who expected a battery and cartridges. He obviously did not read the listing or know at this price point, this is a very good deal if it is functioning with or without battery and cartridge. I have seen some negative reviews on the forums. So maybe they are filtering them out. It's a gamble for sure. I was a bit surprised that mine is black, for agencies that require it to be yellow this may not work but a local hydrodip guy said he would do it for 75 bucks. Not a big deal.
@@ThePatriotsChoice Mine was black as well. I heard if they have both colors and you request a certain one, they'll try to do it. Not sure. They deleted about 5 of the negative comments. Not sure why, but the review count dropped one day.
@@bestketweave230 Some review sections do not keep all reviews and they are regularly replaced with newer ones. It is what it is. I still think it's worth the gamble for small PD"s or Security companies where this capability really is out of the budget for them.

For $200 bucks I think it's worth the gamble. You can try sending your's back for refurbishment. I assume you purchased a new battery? Does unit power on with flashlight and laser?
You can find them online. E2 means the internal software doesn’t know the date or time. The battery was left out of the device too long. Most people don’t have the data cable to pull the information when the taser is deployed off a X26. I personally wasn’t super concerned about it.
I bought a brand new X26E kit from 2017 for $700.It was sealed in the manufacturers box and never used.I than sold my old X26E for $300.
Should have kept the x26E. It’s way better.

They go in and out of stock a couple of times a year. Keep on trying…

it will start to say "ee" when you turn it on. I recommend having one on standby at all times

The reason for the E2 code is most likely because there's no battery. X26 tends to lose the date and time after 24 hours without battery.
Thank you but I said this. In order to clear it you need to plug it into software even with a new battery inserted.
Does anybody have the software to clear the code? I have the E2 code also, but it is a good deal.
