INGREDIENTS
2 cans (15 ounces/425g) white beans, divided
5 cloves garlic (20g), peeled
1 sweet onion (8 ounces/254g) roughly chopped
4 cups (960ml) water
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable better than bouillon
1 bell pepper (175g), finely chopped
10 leaves Dino kale (about 140g), chiffonade
1 cup (208g) farro
2 tablespoons (13g) all purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste

This looks so good and comforting! This one is gonna be on rotation for me this fall, I have so many grains and white beans in my pantry. I also like that it’s creamy from blending the beans (as opposed to a ton of oil).

Another excellent recipe and video Francesca. Yes, it’s soup season and along with peeling garlic, i don't like peeling and chopping onions because they make you 😭. Love 🥰 this video and love 💕Francesca. This can be made using the slow cooker option on your instant pot if you don't have a separate slow cooker.

Oo I’m thinking of tossing some cashews into the base to soften before I blend it up and topping it with some baked tofu. (I love tossing the cubes in seasoning and nooch)
Yes would be so good!! I didn’t want to do cashews only to make this a nut free friendly recipe but yes would be delicious in there and with the tofu on top!
No seasoning?
Better than bouillon has seasoning. The blended up onion and garlic add flavor. The slow cooker brings out the flavors of everything more than just cooking on stove, i did add salt and pepper. If you feel you want to add in other seasonings you can. But no IMO and in everyone who tried it the soup was delicious as is
