I have the 12k serenelife, its great although please tell me how to set it quieter as evennonnlow mode thrs hardly any difference innthe loudness of the noise!.. how do i make it as quiet as possible while still throwing out alittle hot air and replacing with cold air while i sleep?

Where is the drain located : on the bottom of device or higher and put the tube in the jar to collect water? Thank you

Pop open the dust shield door on the back. You'll see the built in spout for the de-humidifier.

I've had the 8000 btu unit since June 20th 2024 and have not had to drain it yet. That may be due to me using it in cool mode and fan mode. I have not had to use it on Dry mode. But I have cleaned the filter due to my cat shedding a lot.
