I love how music in more modern Mario games has got so intense. In Super Mario Galaxy, it was orchestral. In 3D World, it was Big Band jazz. Mariokart 8 combined jazz and rock and it was amazing. In SS and CS it was jazz and folk music, now in TOK it's just rock(and some jazz and violins mixed in too) I've heard people say that rock music doesn't fit Mario, but I disagree entirely. The more intense the music, the better!
Haven’t beat it yet so im not sure, but in Bowser’s Fury the music is Symphonic Metal Had to look that up on google since i don’t know that many music genres, i still don’t even know if that’s the right genre for it though.
More intense is not always better. The most intense music should be used sparingly. A combination of lower and higher intensity music in the right places is better. I wish Nintendo would go back to orchestral soundtracks for the next 3D Mario or Legend of Zelda game.

Colored Pencils was hilarious. I love his "threat" to Mario where he drew an 8-bit Mario death sprite on the floor. Probably my favorite of the Legion of Stationery. It may seem funny, but in the paper world this guy's terrifying & god-like. Of course, none is more dangerous & truly god like, even more than scissors, in this paper world than Olly, with the power to fold all of reality into Origami. Except...his sister.
A tin of colored pencils who is an artist and a missile launcher. I absolutely adore it! Didn't know what to expect from this game but man was this scenario hilarious to play through
The main reason I love this game is that the battles went from: “ok now attack these guys and block n stuff, simple” to actual puzzles that involve more strategy than pure brawn, and the Missile Maestro changes the players behavior in fights with an almost perfect transition. It causes the player to stop and think and to say: “wait a minute, this is different.” I see Missile Maestro as a tutorial boss, not like in a game play type of way, but a mental perspective type of way to make the player stop think of battles as battles, and more like puzzles. Or maybe that’s just me, idk.
