Bowser doesn't have a consistent leitmotif to call his own, but he has his own style. Some fusion of rock and jazz music is Bowser's signature, I guess you could call the intro to his Mario 64 theme a semi-consistent theme for bowser, as the stinger plays in most games he's in

A final battle for him after a long 5 month in a strange land (Assuming the mind control didn't turn him feral but to be enslaved or aligned with great loyalty)

I love how recent iterations of legendary old games aren't forgetting about old antagonists and always find a way to make them more badass and give them kickass themes. King Dedede and Bowser being prime examples of this.
I consider it King Dedede's theme from Star Allies to basically be part of King Dedede's theme now, just like how Kirby Super Star had expanded on his theme from the Mt. Dedede days.
Random head-cannon: There's a whole horde of captured waddle dees nearby that are cheering for Kirby off-screen / The waddle dees can hear all of the commotion from the other side of the elevator. Depends on which fight is currently happening. Either way, the vocals are the captured waddles trying to cheer Kirby on.

Real talk, we need a point in some Kirby game down the line where good ol non-possessed King Triple D loses his hammer in a confrintation to whatever big-bad flavor of the week, and just absolutely decides to throw hands (err, mitts).
He threw in the towel for rivalry in STU, in Revenge of the King when he challenges Kirbeh to one last fight, the only time he's has a willing fight against Kirbeh after that was in Fighters 2 when he challenged Kirbeh to a trial where he and Meta Knight are at the end waiting for a duel.
Dedede, at first, he was nothing special, a mundane lifeform, weak in comparison to Kirby, a god. However, his strength only grew from there, and its grew more and more. He is the king, he decided to become stronger, cementing his place in history. He becomes one of the strongest beings on the planet, a threat to Kirby at this point. Yes, through sheer willpower, training, and ability, he becomes a threat to a GOD. While Kirby has won every bout, he still had to try, to struggle, to fight, the king has rightfully taken his place amongst the strongest of beings. A king may yield before a god, but he remains a king. *Long live the king of dreamland, may his strength continue to grow*
When a past antagonist faces the main protagonist again 5 arcs later but the main protagonist has gotten too op to beat but still tries their hardest to win anyways
Has to be for a king that can match a godslayer through naught but training and willpower. (Dedede is the vegeta to Kirby's Goku. Meta Knight is the Piccolo, and Bandana dee is the Krillin.)
Finally beating phase 1 of HR-D3, then hearing this music start up, was... An experience. I was actually too distraught at the fact that there was another phase to notice what the music was at first XD
Poor ddd got suck by a void, send to the future where he got bent in killing a bounty hunter, and after failing, got impaled by an ice spike from the ground, truly an unexpected beast king
