On these muscle type cars when it doesn’t kick down (trans) maybe you could manually shift it through the gears so we have a better idea of the power ? Nice Nova just needs some under dash (probably) work like quite a few do..
Hey they have the time rods crossed up they have both of the inner tie rods on the right side of the car and the outer tie rods on the left side of the car take it to a alignment shop and get them to do it over and it should be fine dude 😎
If the wipers don't work there is a 99.9% chance the horn doesn't work. I'm a pro....

It would seem someone pulled a 454 truck motor and put it in this nova. Not all 454's are created equal and this one seems too tame for a performance build.

Don't you need to have seat belts in the US?
Whoever rebuilt the steering gear box didn't set the shaft right.
On a side note:
That can get you in a whole lot of trouble.

With the horn its the aftermarket stearling wheel wire isn't hook up . Wipers is probably a fuse w/ the radio. Nice nova otherwise !!!!

Wow....gen light and no reading on gauge, console broke, glove box broke, no wipers etc...etc....etc.....yet a car with eyeball will sell.

No we buy and sell 60 cars a month , we do not repair them. We would significantly raise the price and not even sell half of what we do now. Thanks
