At the salon, they soak your nails in soapy water, too. When do I do that? After removing the foil and before scraping? What kind of soap should i use?
Do your nails become weak after using the chemicals? I have very long, strong natural nails... before i used acetone on them and they became so brittle.. is there anything else i could use?
So, I can use this instead of the gel remover that is said to burn skin??? I need heeeeelpppppp. I'm practicing and my family member let me practice on them. On their toes. How should I remove
It shouldn’t damage them if you’re doing it correctly. Just look up a lot of videos of how to apply and how to remove and how to take care of the manicure. Don’t just head straight for it. I’m still learning how, but I’ve done like 3-4 gel polish manicures, I just don’t do them that frequently. But I have always used nail tips since I bite my nails, but I grew out my nails long enough to put gel polish on them by itself. I’m also putting the gel polish so I don’t bite my nails, not just for the looks. It is pretty though lol. Edit: and btw, don’t use UV lights a lot, they can cause cancer. If you’re doing it like once a month or like once every 2-6 months, that’s fine, just don’t be using them every week or something. It’s very bad for your skin and can cause burns and cancer since it’s practically the sun with lower force on top of your hand. It doesn’t burn unless the gel polish is on your skin though.
Very clean, easy and helpful, thank you!! 😊

Put Vaseline on the skin where acetone might go, just add Vaseline on the skin not the nail
I want to try gel polish but im so afraid of damaging my natrual nails
The gel polish shouldn’t damage your natural nails. It’s the incorrect removal of the gel that will damage the natural nails.
