We went on holiday there several years ago. In fact we stayed at the Leonardo (when it was the Florida Spa) just next to the bars you featured at the beginning. Recognised some of them but they have changed names as well I think. The little bar with the barrel tables outside was a biker hangout in the evening then. The beachside restaurants specialise in fish. If you kept going you would run out of beach but further on there is another beach I think is Torreblanca.
Fuengirola is a bit like a City break with the added bonus of the beach. If you go down the side of the funfair there is a marina area next to the boats with bars, also a nice German place to eat down there call "ku damn berlin". Also outside the PYR HOTEL there is a good Belgian bar serving all different types of Belgian beers 🍻
New ones my family go three times a year can walk to castle mall local bus up mountain lovely views mehas cobble streets church horse cart los bolics my family eat drink local been going 48 years
