Hello. Where did you place the tank? Was it the ready air tank? After I install the compressor I don’t see where I can place the tank. 2024 GMC HD. Thanks

do you have to remove the liner to install ? Can't you just trim it in place?

Did you have to remove overload springs? Thanks for the video. Just ordered some for my 2024 3500.

Nice man you gonna love them when you have no load and driving without anything they ride like if there’s no airbags. And mine didn’t have an overload spring. When I did purchase them the guy asked me if I had them or not , I’m not sure if maybe they sell them for overload springs or if there different I would probably contact them about those that way you get the correct ones , thanks for watching man hope the video helped out.

Thanks for making this video. Not much out there on these air bags. I have a 2024 GMC HD and today I installed same bags. I did not get to install the compressor since I ran out of time but I added manual temp lines to the back with 10 psi for now. I going to install in the compressor in the same location as yours. Seems like the thats only place. I ordered the tank too but after realizing the limited frame space I may not be able to install. Any suggestions on where I could install it?
    Thanks

Glad I can help man and I’m thinking about ordering the tank myself , where are you gonna order it from ?? But I honestly don’t have an idea at the moment I was thinking about that since like you said there’s not much space , do you by any chance know the dimensions on the air tank ?? Maybe I can find where to put it and I’ll probably end up ordering it and making a video as well.

@@rstjeff I ordered from Readylift. It's the 2 gallon one they sell for $200. I think the only place to put it is on the passenger side opposite of the compressor. I will find out this weekend. It measures 5" dia. x 25" long. Its aluminum, so its light. I have to get creative of where to put the the hose quick connect coupler. I'm thinking next to the receiver hitch but somehow hidden so it doesn't look bad. ...we will see..anyway thanks for making the videos for us diy guys..

To add to your guys conversation, I've seen them put the manual fill/release valve in the gas cap area. That would help it stay clean, protected and out of sight. Hope this helps.
