He has wrong mindset. In reality what happens is if someone mess up your car then they tell 10 people not to go to that place cause THEY had bad experience. But if someone clean the car properly then word of mouth promotion increases not decreases. It would reach 20 people

Great job kid. Reminds me of myself. This is how I started out when I was 17. Fast forward 23 years..I now own 3 car wash locations with 63 employees total. Averaging $42,000 a week between the 3 stations. Start your car wash business in urban communities. They care more about their cars rather than what they live in. Good luck

Did the college; no regret, degree, but not even working in my field and now know, I'm not an office person, or even a person to work for someone. So, never too late, I'm preparing things now to venture back into entrepreneurial ; pay my own worth. 🙏🏼

I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch, I say this because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.she gave me that financiaI freedom I needed

Being financially free in your 40s is the standard, you speak as if you would rather it happen younger. Im happy lm I didnt achieve that in my knuckle headed 20s. Youd have to he a serious outlier with discipline to be successful.
I really like his mobile detail setup. When I first started detailing, I started with a mobile unit, and made my way into a shop. Now we have both, but my mobile unit is no where near as nice!! Great video!!

Inspiration for sure! His channel came across my feed and I loved his work and demeanor instantly. I just recently bought a bunch of detailing products to hopefully get my own detailing business started. I’ve always been obsessed with cleaning my own car, and figured I should make something out of it!

@@coslin8155 to clean the inside? I don’t know what this guy does but I personally use P&S Interior Cleaner and a microfiber towel for most surfaces. Invisible Glass for windows. Dress with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Clean leather with Colourlock Leather Cleaner. Obviously vacuum everything. Idk there’s a lot that you can do but those products will get you 90% of the way there

I wish I could be in his shoes. He’s a very humble young man. Very thorough in detailing. I’m interested in starting detailing once I have a house. I’m a truck driver at the moment and it’s good money. But it’s a job that I am not quite sure I enjoy as much as I know I would enjoy detailing. There’s something about it that makes me smile.

$65/HR X 30+ cars in a month with his friend helping out is not bad for 19 plus you have to consider that he has a backbone meaning his family probably helps him out so it's not like he isn't making enough profit or is money hungry.

I pay $300 at my local Ford dealership for a full detail on my f250 super duty and they only do half of what this kids doing. Glad to see someone actually doing what the customer pays for.

@@jayo9750 the difference in price with mobile detailing comes from being able to do interior , mobility, quality, and specific requirements from customers which leads to higher prices compared to a traditional car wash which barely even does anything tbh

A few pointers from a mobile detailer of 5 years in NC. Charge more. You do excellent work for not enough money. This line of work is tedious, back breaking and will wear any man out in the sun for 8-10 hrs a day. It took me 2 years to figure out my pricing, which is $75-$85/hr for details and $125/hr for paint correction/coatings. That’s here in NC, You can make a lot more in Cali I’m sure!
Get some bucket dollies that have wheels on them so you can move them around the car easier and you can keep the bucket next to the car.
Use your air compressor blow gun while cleaning interior panels with chem so you can assure you get all the chemicals out of those crevices and door handles and tight spots.
Get a new battery for your van so you don’t have to jump it off.. I have the same exact van and mine has a power inverter built into it for using vacuums or polishers.
Nice setup nonetheless though brother. It’s good to see young men with such drive. Keep up the hustle man and don’t forget to bless the Father who blessed you with resources to work for yourself and all the customers. HalleluYAH

I've been looking for a good detailer here in NC after a not so good experience with ine last summer. Basically charged a lot but didn't do nearly as much and it was like man I could have done this myself. If I'm paying a few hundred cool I love to support but I need you to get in there!🤣🤣

Now im my own boss. One thing that i can tell you is that doing a good job and paying attention to detail goes a long way. Dont ever let the owner see something that you could have fixed before he seen it. You see it fix it and trust me it goes very far. Start your own channel my boy.

This is how my friend started with his pickup after high-school. He has a small shop with some employees now. You just need to build your regulars and money really starts flowing

@@MrFujin it’s going good, 36 now, detailing out of our house garage. While also focusing on other priorities to continue creating multi streams of income. Can’t rely just on one. It’s not guaranteed. And detailing can be taxing on one’s body if we don’t take care of it. It’s best if at one point to have employees giving you more freedom to do other things.

Try moving the water bucket closer to you when washing the rims, so you don't have to stretch and walk back and forth. Time saver and saves your back and legs. Other than that, your on point. Ive been detailing for about 2 weeks now. Easiest money you can make. Im 17 and making about 1 - 2k a day (Me and my uncle only Detail High-End cars), was gonna go to school to become a welder, but my uncle offered me a full time job working with him. Car Detailing is definitely the way to go. Keep up the grind, and anybody who wants to make good money, start detailing ASAP!!!

Ayo! I had a friend do this same exact thing out of highschool. We're both 30 he's still doing it. I went to college and make decent and got my own home. But that homie got his own garage now and probably makes 10x me!

Like any successful business, having steady clientele, professional business practices and, the most important part, quality work in a reasonable time frame is key. I detailed vehicles in the 90's, the business has changed quite a bit with much better products and more specialized equipment in the last 25-30 years. Happy to see young entrepreneurs, such as this young man, do well.

@@itzpete1689 hey Lil dude, I my self don't know much, but my uncle does because he runs his own landscaping business and is pretty successful. I was asking him about it a while back just because I was curious, and his main thing was getting himself out there. Just knock on everyones door and telling them about you business, you win and loose some. Just have to be professional about it.

I am an emotional person, this is very true! and i praise the Lord God Almighty for that because took my hard Stony heart and gave me a new heart.
At one point in time I was like you unmoved and without good emotion, but Gods love changed me,now when I see kindness that stirs my heart and it brings Joy to me.. do you know why? because the world that we live in is full of sinners who are out for self,so when you see somebody uplifting someone else and that doesn't stir something good inside of you... you better check yourself.
