Holy shit, that was excellent! This short did more in 5 minutes than most modern horror movies do in 2 hours. And the actress? Jesus! She ran the gamut of emotions, from wide-eyed fear to utter resignation. Well done!

Not only scary on it's own, but her acting is what really sold it. It's like you could see and feel the real genuine fear from her. And how she just tells her mom that she loves her at the end, oof, the pure horrific dread of her just accepting and knowing she's not going to get out of this alive. Excellently done.

What I like is there's no jump scares just straight up uneasiness

Like for instance I thought the six sense was a beautiful movie but I found little to nothing scary about it,

There is a few jump scares in Mama, but they're pretty good, and as far as I'm concerned if the film earns it, then it's warranted, and that film was awesome!! 😎
But for sure by principal: Jump scares alone don't make a good horror film

This is one of the creepiest ones I've seen, you know why, because these entities actually exist and this is what they do, they mimick your loved ones to try to gain access to you (they can only get in if you open the door for them) , these things happen ALL THE TIME, you'd be shocked to learn how often these malevolent beings attack those in sin, they are ALWAYS covered up

@@joycetevreden3202 it's becoming more frequent and the authorities are starting to have major problems keeping all the incidents covered up, they will continue to spread untill main stream has to make a major announcement that they've been here all along, I have to tell you a secret if you don't already know, demons flee at the mention of the name jesus, way to many people are dealing with spirits bothering them and haunting their houses and for some reason they never figure this out?? It completely baffles me they will burn sage and all this other stuff but it never works, only rebuking in Jesus name will do it, many alien abductees will tell you as soon as they think of it they instantly vanish, this is a huge secret
