Looks familiar We add the leftover mashed potatoes from the night before instead of the bread crumbs So when you fry it in thin coated oil you get the french fry skin And use ketchup
When ya got 25 Trout a day to eat, I'd be finding "alternative methods" also. I've seen this same sort of thing done when ya have way too much King Mackerel.

+Tony Fontenot If I ever for some unknown reason have too many trout to eat I'll "make me some Troutz cakes!" So far this winter has been a near epic failure, once again in NE FLORIDA. If ZI had a J-O-B waiting on me, I'd be there in a N.O. minute...hahahaha
