    So I got a big old bag of fish fillets that I've been wanting to cook up to make room in my freezer as well as eat them. I think I'm going to cook some up this weekend and take him to the office let the boys get after it. Thanks for the recipe I'm looking forward to it

    Looks familiar
    We add the leftover mashed potatoes from the night before instead of the bread crumbs
    So when you fry it in thin coated oil you get the french fry skin
    And use ketchup

    When ya got 25 Trout a day to eat, I'd be finding "alternative methods" also. I've seen this same sort of thing done when ya have way too much King Mackerel.

      +Capt Daves Sportfishing Charters this is just one of the many ways we eat trout . I release King Mackerel with all the other delicious fish that we have to eat !

      +Tony Fontenot If I ever for some unknown reason have too many trout to eat I'll "make me some Troutz cakes!" So far this winter has been a near epic failure, once again in NE FLORIDA. If ZI had a J-O-B waiting on me, I'd be there in a N.O. minute...hahahaha
