I retired from the Nat Park Service after 30 years just as she was being appointed to head the Dept. of the Interior. Many of my fellow employees were happy, not because she was competent, but only because she was a Native American. DEI hire.
And that’s all that matters anymore. Paid and rewarded for skin color and damn the incompetency!! And we’ll pay her pension and benefits for the rest of her life along with legions of other federal bureacrats.
