Err, umm, it's a PISTON twin, *not* a "turboprop"... though I believe conversions have been done.

Yes, you are absolutely correct! The Aerostar 600 was the twin piston version. Piper made a 601 version that was still piston driven but turbocharged. Then the big brother the 700! Thanks for the comment.
