It is different for sure and it did picked up its skirt on take off but needed more runway that I expected on landing. Thank you for watching and commenting.
Hi, how was your flight? How did you enjoy trike flying? Were there any surprises, pleasant or otherwise? Have you been in a trike before? Regards, Crayonbox.
It was good and I would like to repeat the experience when we can get more height. It was a first for me in a flex wing Microlight, I have flown hang gliders and even ones with an engine by my feet called the Mosquito (but marginal power at my weight then - 95Kg).
@@CrayonboxAviationAdventures I know why you chaps like them as my wife has told me why she likes them (wish I could aford to get her through her licence). I just can not aford the cash or the time to do it all, the odd Paragliding session is fun and building is good when the weather isn't. Thanks for watching CB.
WOW!! What a treat for us - awesome stuff reminded me of my days in weight shift what did you really think of the flight is it something you would do instead of or as well as 3 Axis? Where was this airfield and company you flew with, please?
Hi David, If I had the cash I would put my wife through her licence as she enjoys going up with other in / on their flexwings but for me I would do the training just so I could go for a fly with her and we could share it but I love 3 Axis when it comes to powered flight, just that bit more. The aircraft is operated by Kev Smith at Northrepps (Cromer) here is a link to the web site flycromer.com/
Do it, if it is over a weekend and flyable you will probably find me there, say Hi. You can camp or caravan if that is your thing and planty near by if you need things for the family to do.
That was an interesting different type to "fly along in". I was impressed by the acceleration on take-off.

Did you enjoy the Flexwing flying? I learned on a 450 explorer for my Peabee.
Yes Giles. I have yet to find a type of flying machine I don't like.
Hey what is that part name called? Towing banner part? How it’s called?
It is known as a 'tow release'.
Motorcycle of the skies! Cool video as always. What is the lovely little biplane may I ask?
The biplane is a Currie Wot, built and flown by the owner.
Yes great fun in the flex wing as you say the motorcycle of the sky.
@@flyingkub Another one ticked off of the list - gyrocopter or autogyro next? The Currie Wot looks super too - thanks for telling me.
