I learned from this video that you need a router to establish a communication between two PC which belongs to the different VLAN. And we need two create interface on that router. When traffic sent from PC to switch then it further go to router even if the another VLAN is in same switch. So the router can then to the switch and then to the PC.

is it necessary to make the sub interface in 0.1 like means may we give number others 0.1?

If i configure vlan 10 as native vlan in all switches, then the switch will forward the frame from vlan 10 untaged. At this point when the router receives an untagged frame how will the router know it is from the native vlan?
All untagged traffic will be considered as native vlan traffic
Dear @pm networking, for the intervlans, does it neccessary create ACL in the router or create a routing table? Other way, where it is the security if all the vlans can communicate each other?

Hi sir, i did this exact scenario and used Multi layer switch 3560 instead. then I can not trunk it to connect to router or other switch. why is that ?

What if i have only vlan 10 on switch and vlan 20 on other switch , i want to know the link between switches will be access or trunk ?? And also the link between switch and router will be access or trunk and why ??
The link between two switches will be trunk and and same for router because we need a port to pass a vlan out of the switch so this is done by a trunk port. A trunk port is designed to pass the multiple vlans.
You also can have portaccess link between the switches, but you will need one cable to each vlan and 2 cable to connect to 2 interfaces on the router one fir each vlans.

Yes, You can do by creating svi on multilayer switch
