I'm sure you can buy a Milwaukee battery and charger separately. It's not just made for people who already own Milwaukee's tools. Anyone can buy these products just gotta buy battery and charger
Honestly not sure, a lot of manufacturers won't list runtimes on certain tools because of too many variables. In this case, the biggest would be how much pressure the user puts on the tool. Belt grit and the hardness of the material would also play be factors. Milwaukee did however list this in the description-The M18 REDLITHIUM High Output HO6.0 battery (not included) provides all-day run-time and unprecedented power to tackle the toughest applications found on the job site.
@@juang.aristizabal2582 I got 5-7 minutes from 5A battery with brand new sander and 2 batteries. Talked to Milwaukee rep today and he said that's not right... and they're coming up with a ''solution''. We'll see or I'm going back to corded.
I think you should stain the wood before to see how well it works

Yes can buy the battery and charger separately on our site OR there are also starter kits (battery/charger combo) available to save a few bucks
By the looks of the bottom, a 4x18 belt would also work on there? Or am I mistaken?
It will not. Roller’s are 3”, belt width should always match roller width
Odd that the plate is wider than the rollers. Have never seen a sander made that way.
My Makitas’s plate is wider than the rollers too. It’s to give the belt some slack if it tracks to the left or right.
How long will 5 amp battery last ?

@@juang.aristizabal2582 ya for this tool you need to have a lot of big batteries like the 12.0

Less than a 5 min bathroom break.
Run time a joke less than 9m with a 12amp battery needs a AC adaptor like Hikoki/Metabo HBT has.....just buy theirs
Any high drain battery powered tool without an AC adapter is a fail
