    That’s exactly why I kept my Isonic 117Wide (80cm) from 2013, which also is fast As hell and has got an incredible wind range. Yes, I‘m keen on foiling as well, but I also love apples and pears…;)

    This is the main type of sailing I do as well. I prefer it personally to the foil, but I may try the foil again soon. Thanks for the content.

      Foil is nice but it is just a totaly different sport. Like ski and snowboard. But on foil it is hard to get this rush like on the high wind fin :)

    My lightwind setup: AHD GT75 124L board with 54cm racing fin and Duotone 2-cam 9.3 long-boom sail. Works like a dream in 12 knots and up...the AHD board is incredible it planes almost instantly! Thanks for the vid bro 🤙🤙🤙

    This is really good board. Have tested it. But it so fragile 😢 One uncontrolled catapult and you will end your session 😜

    thanks for sharing, love the 7.8 mach3 too! would be awesome to know what exact camber setup you use to rig the 7.8 on RDM.

    • @wojtekbrzozowski
      @wojtekbrzozowski  Год назад +1

      I use normal SDM cambers but with 4 thick spacers on each one. It workes a charm :)

    What about fin sizes in your set ups?

  • @leoncleiren5469

    hi Wojtek, do you also use a rdm on the 7.0 mach3? if so how did you make the adjustment from a sdm to a rdm mast? did you add additional spacers to the sdm cams or switched to rdm cams instead. i have a 7.0 too and would like to make the switch to rdm too, but are getting a lot of vertical "stripes" in the mastsleeve when i switched the mast to rdm. thanks for your help

    • @wojtekbrzozowski
      @wojtekbrzozowski  Год назад +1

      Leon, Sure, on 7,0 I use Severne RDM RED 430 mast . I keep the standard SDM cambers but I put 4 thick spacers on each one. It will be perfect you will see :)

    Interesting! What wind range you think you could cover with a 71cm wide board and an 8m² sail?

    Hi Wojtek, thanks for the info. What is your weight? I am also looking into a better light wind setup, but I am around 93kg so would assume the 83 or 85 would be a better choice for the 12-17knot range.

    • @wojtekbrzozowski
      @wojtekbrzozowski  Год назад

      Nick, I am 95kg and iSonic77 is perfect even in 12 knots lows on my 9,4. Try it you will love it. Actually I have the 83 for sale very cheap but it is hard to send it around Europe..

  • @loskiff
    @loskiff Год назад

    Hi! I have some question about the rigging: what harness length do you use? Do Severne's sail really weight as reported on the website? How much longer do you set the boom compared to what is reported the sail?

    Thanks for the information. What are good locations in Poland for flat water blasting? (I would be travelling by car from the north, Estonia)

    • @trynio132
      @trynio132 Год назад +2

      Bay of Puck (e.g. Rewa or Chałupy) and lake gardno

    • @wojtekbrzozowski

      My favourite is Kuznica about 1 KM off the beach into direction of Gdynia. There is a sand bar going for many kilometers into the bay and with west or north-west wind this is one of the best places on the planet. Beautifull bright cristal clear water, no seeweed and zero chop. You can ride full speed 5 meters from the sandbar :)

    masz 95 kg i śmigasz na 77 z żaglem 9,4 -.:)
    A jak to wygląda gdy wiatr zniknie. Zatapiasz deskę czy spokojnie dasz radę wrócić. Cały czas zastanawiałem się nad 83, ale zaburzyłeś trochę moje plany :)
