This gun is Shrodingers shotgun. The Riveter isnt overpowered or weak until its in someone's hands. For the enemy team to use it, theyll say it's weak. For you to use it against them, they'll say it's overpowered.

I remember that I was using the Riveter with the same class that Handler is using in this video, in a game of SND (3-5) And I was getting frustrated because I only get 2 kills with the weapon.
Until the unthinkable happened. A guy from the enemy team through voice chat had given me this advice so that I wouldn't give up on using it, since in fact he wasn´t even being toxic.
"He respected me" for using a weapon that he knew was bad and complicated to use, but hey, heres the advice that told me on the match:
_If you are going to use it with Bolo Rounds, Imagine it as a cheap and poorly made AR, that way you will learn to use it and it will become good_
Well, I won rounds 4 and 5, giving me a total of 12 kills, but the enemy team won the game in the next one.
But the guy on the enemy team congratulated me for never giving up, and learning to improve despite the disadvantage, and for being a kind player who wasn't toxic.
Probably one of my kindest and best games that I have been able to play in the entirity of MW3, I will never forget you @Captain Cornflake

I’ve been running a similar build. Life changing gameplay once I switched the slug rounds to the ball rounds and you can still get some long shot snipes

I think the ball ammo for the riveter shotgun, is the one that's slightly more accurate if you use it at tac stance mode. I kinda feel like it was made to be used in tac stance, just for that reason. Idk, if you would ever consider making a video using it that way, but I think it'd be interesting to see.

.410 is caliber it's the width of the bore
So it's two ways of specifying the size of the bore mixed together

I still remember dodging a knife jab by crouching last second, in a match of ranked play, during MWII (2022). Tell me what happened, Handler. What went wrong? Why did they ruin a good thing? There should be a directional hitbox for where a melee weapon is thrust. Seems like MWIII (2023) did away with it, and as long as it is in your direction/general vicinity, it will connect. Not cool.

My reasoning for recounting a past experience was merely as a means of evidence to support the argument I was presenting: melee weapons, like firearms, should have a hitbox in a military simulation first person shooter video game boasting Call of Duty’s high standards. Rather than a helpless plea, I thought it prudent to “back up my claim” as they say.

@@20piecemcchicken93 why did he immediately pick up the sniper and ADS? The enemy wasn't visible and I certainly heard no audio exposing the 5th guy.
@@raisedservices9540its really easy to do that, if you have any game sense you would’ve expected an enemy around that corner, he was out of ammo and had to reload, swapping to a different weapon is faster than reloading, like you learned in cod4
