Hola! Plátano verde. Pero también lo puedes preparar con el Plátano maduro ya que el contraste del dulce y salado es riquísimo!

Hi! The sofrito seco is just like the regular sofrito but dehidrated. If you run out of sofrito, this is an excellent alternative since you can rehydrate it with some water and cook as you normally would. I like to use it dry in most of my dishes cause it enhances the flavor! You can find it at www.sofritomontero.com
