The 6th Nansha Birdpark Guangdong, HK Macao Bay -ASEAN Bamboo Design & Construction Competition 2023

The 2023 Malaysian level competition is part of the International competition which aims to build an international platform for innovation and creativity with global influence. This year we received a total of 62 teams from 20 Universities. The biggest numbers of teams’ registration so far. Participants’ submitted work was sent to the juries on 17/10/2023. The Judges deliberations were done between 18 - 21/10/2023. After a tough time going through all the entries, the juries had selected 20 teams for the final round. The 10 judges further deliberate and look into the details of the 20 proposals before making the final decision of the results. Our judging panel consists of experts who have been carefully selected for their expertise in the relevant field. These judges are committed to evaluating all entries objectively, without bias or favoritism. We have also established a set of clear and consistent criteria to assess the participants' performances, ensuring that the evaluation process is both rigorous and fair.
However, due to the logistic and linguistic challenges, these processes took some times. We gave them space and time and finally the announcement of the final result was on Wednesday, 3rd November 2023 at 8.30pm.
