- This is my DagonAR 1.0 version.
(formerly revision 50)
It works with SteamVR so you can play regular VR games as well as do some other amazing stuff with it!
It's pretty much still a work-in-progress so some stuff still won't work but I'm slowly getting there.

How the heck do you reverse the image for the headset? The screen would look backwards and not right.
Ultramon on Windows reverses the image and you can do it on Linux and Mac natively as well
How far will the image from the display gets projected?

How the image quality compared to hololens
Image displayed on the optics is way bigger than in the 1st HoloLens but everything depends on what display will you use

so this is basically a homemade hololens? Will it run android AR apps? OMG tell me it does
It’s kinda like HoloLens but it’s not as powerful. It works mainly with Windows computers. It could be modified to work with Android but it would need some coding and I’m not an expert in that.

This idea would be better with an actual micro HD projector, And I know it's not impressive so u didn't show us it working, but I wouldn't be like a jerk about it, 800x400 is obviously just to test out the concept.

Man, the idea is quite skeptical. Its too simple, cheap and bad. Realization is worse.
