It’s a “Johnny” as I would call it, after Johnny Moynihan who first introduced the Greek bouzouki to Trad Irish music during the days of Sweeney’s Men in the 60’s and then of course in the very early Planxty days. It can be a very beautiful and versatile instrument in the right hands.
