All projectors suffer with ambient light. Having high brightness can help, but you can't get the contrast back no matter what you do if the ambient light is too high.
Good luck with the channel! The only feedback I can give is that videos longer than 20 minutes aren't very encouraging to click on. but I am excited for upcoming content nonetheless :)
Hi Karl. I bought a NEC laser projector from Ebay earlier this year for £400 it had about 1800 hours of use with a 20000 hour life estimate. it is a 5000 Ansi lumens projector and I can use it in full daylight with the curtains open. It's 3d too. I love it but it is unfortunately not a gaming projector. Apparently it was £5k new.
On my 3rd cheapo projector this year... you get what yhea pay for I guess. Dropping a grand on a projector seems like a lot, but if it lasts for years with a good picture and no screaming fans, it's worth it.
Projectors are cool but i could never replace the LG C1 in our house. Best picture quality I’ve ever seen
Just picked up a refurbished BenQ 1080p short throw gaming projector for some outside fun at 150” :)
Perfect mate! I hope it warm were you are! lol

For some people this is true, others prefer the in depth content... you can't win with everybody.
I like the longer reviews ! More details
Nice, subbed, good luck with new channel
Thanks for the sub!
Nice review, thank you.
Cheers!

Sounds like a bargain for TV/Film watching!
@@karlgoslingstechreviews It is. I've built up quite the collection of physical media to go with it. Watching 3D films is amazing.
