Thank you Christopher by the way, for encouraging on a live regular doctor visits while taking this medication because I was procrastinating but finally made an appointment starting tomorrow so I appreciate that! Thanks guys!
Great work, guys! I’ve been up and down the same 2 lbs for several weeks, but the scale finally gave in, and I’m down 83 now. I’m subscribing to Christopher’s philosophy that any week the scale doesn’t go up is a good week! Huge congrats to Christopher on Onederland, and well into Onederland at that! I’ve learned that our bodies are not machines, and they just do what they want. 🤷♀️
CD: Thank you very much, Enjoy your trip. I have not been to Thailand but I have been to Taiwab several times it is a beautiful country, and Taipei is an amazing city.
Hi I joined mochi 2 weeks ago and they really take a while to send the medication . I really need it .I am a slow responder. Or my body is. I’m going to Pray for Myself. That I can loose at a more weight . Thank you for the info . You guys have great Videos. 🎄
I have my fist Mochi appt tomorrow am… using your code…! I have so many questions for the doc . I have been on GLP-1’s now for 3 yrs!!!!!!!! Paying FULL PRICE (Medicare)!
Congratulations! Enjoy your holiday with family and your cruise! Quick question, do you think the Mochi thermos that the meds come in are TSA approved? Do you think it would be able to be taken in a carry-on bag? Thanks!
Hi congratulations on your success, I have lost 7 pounds on 2.5 semiglutide but now on 5mg, was very nauseous, my question is once I lose the weight do I have to stay on it for maintenance? Please do answer I am so confused.
CD: congrats on the loss . These medications are a treatment for the disease of obesity they are not a cure. It is hard to say what your situation is but many people will need to stay in these medications for life. We believe we will. Our goal is to build healthier sustainable eating habits and lifestyle and reduce the amount we take to a smaller dose and/or frequency. Think of them like blood pressure meds or cholesterol meds
So I’ve been on maintenance for2 months had titrated from 10 to 7.5, well I was 153 on nov 21 and on Dec 21, I weigh 143 crazy that I still lost 10 lbs My GW was 155, I’ll go down to 5.0 in dec 26.
@@thedownsized maybe that’s what it is because I did lose weight on 7.5 before and I also lost weight on five but we’ll see how five goes. I’ll start 5 mg this Thursday and maybe I’ll get lucky and get to go down to 2.5 and stay there.
CD: we continue to take our shots and focus on protein and veg. But we will indulge in an occasional dessert. I don’t drink much anyway so I may have a cocktail a day but that’s about it. And I don’t like the sweet or frozen ones.
Hi christ and Laraines Merry Christmas !!! 🌲🌲🌲by any chance do you know when and how do I renew my zepbound saving card $550.00 that expired on Dec 31,2024??
@@thedownsized I RENEW MY ZEP SAVING CARD AND IT SAID $650.00 WHAT I HAVE TO DO IN ORDER TO STAY AS GRANDPARENT AND PAY $550.00 AS I WAS PAYING IN 2024
Oh, I used to make that…with pretzels, I think. I don’t think I would like it now but back then, it was delicious. The problem with cooking now is that, as Chris said, your taste buds are different. And not in a good way.
Christmas cookies have been my downfall this week. ☹️ So many brought in at work I couldn't resist. I've been miserable for days as a result. Feeling like absolute crap. 🤢 I can out eat the medication so easily if I'm not careful.
Gottcha! My biggest side effect so far (only week 3 Zepbound vials) has been dizziness and effectiveness. So in my case, my doctor can prescribe me the dosage which she feels would be 'appropriate' for me. That dosage could be 4.5mg Tirezpatide (rather than 2.5mg or 5mg.). THEREFORE my 4.5mg of Tirezpatide CAN be ordered from a compounding pharmacy like Mochi, right?
Congratulations both on your weight loss journey . Your channel has encouraged me to pursue weight loss through glp1 medication . I have a question as well . I noticed you said Sandy started on Semaglutide for her weight loss and then switched to tirzapedtide . Is that the suggested way of doing it ? Start with semaglutide then switch over to tirzapetide ? Or is that something my doctor would suggest ? Thank you
We have always been on Tirzepatide - it is the one that has the lowest side effects and highest success rates according to the research but talk to your doctor. They both work
I have watched your channel for a while now and have enjoyed a few episodes. I am just starting so looking to learn. Without being judgmental hopefully, I just wanted to point out that your statements that you cannot possibly afford to pay out of pocket for the both of you seem incongruous with your multiple cruises and I guess 5% lifestyle maybe? Anyway, hope you don't take it the wrong way.
CD: Not sure what the right way to take that is. We own our own business, budget carefully, and spend where it matters. and yes we understand we are doing better than some and not as well as others. We pay out of pocket for these meds, our insurance does not cover the medications. If we have to pay full price it would be unsustainable/ we simply not have $2000+ a month to spend on this. You are correct about one thing. We are lucky and millions of people are not able to access these meds because of the exorbitant prices and dysfunctional health care system. Our hope is we can be a small part of changing that
@thedownsized I think that is a fair response. I just started and I am lucky that my insurance, so far, covers 100%. I already feel different and better so I would do whatever I had to do to stay on it assuming I continue to lose weight and feel better. I will see if I can best your amazing results but may not be fair where I started much higher! We shall see. Could really be life-changing.
Congratulations Christopher on reaching One-der-ful One-der-land!👏👏 Thank you for your inspiration.
Thanks so much!

Mochi says they take up to 14 days for the meds to arrive. Sometimes it's quicker, but right now its not.
I must say I really love you guys you make this all so workable….i needed to become a member and support.
Thank you for the kind words and the support

Mochi is great
The margarine & butter conversion.
“It’s not nice to fool Mother Nature!”
PS: the original not the Apple one.
Congratulations on crossing into One-der-land 🎉

Yes they are!
Hello,
Have you made any video on Mounjaro and Hypo responders due to hormonal imbalance?
No but we are open to it -if you know someone we should talk to
Congrats CD on hitting onderland🎉
Thank you!!
Thank you
Laraine I made a version of the cracker candy too mine was the same except use saltines and add pecans on top instead of sprinkles
Ooo pecans sound good. My daughter is allergic to those.
Congratulations on onederland.
LD is your vial 16.6mg .5ml? If so how do the instructions read?
That is what the new ones will be - we have not received in of those yet . But we have an order in
CD will you be doing the new 16.6mg from Mochi, maybe help your wt loss?
Not yet but that is what we will get. I am losing well the last week so it should help

It sure is!
Do you eat what you want on the cruise as well as cocktails? Haven’t traveled since starting semaglutide in September. Have wonderful time!

I don’t drink much anyway so I may have a cocktail a day but that’s about it. And I don’t like the sweet or frozen ones.
They ruled in Eli Lilly’s favor this week to pull shortage status of tirzepetide. Supposedly will take effect in 60-90 days.
Yes we have done a whole series of videos on that - that is what we were referring to in this video
😅Congratulaions to both of you!!

197 congratshave you measured your waist with a tape measure? 34"waist is super!
Pants size - so we all know that’s a crap shoot but along way from the 42a I was buying
Chris wouldn’t you qualify under OSA ?
It’s hard to say we will have to see how it rolls out to insurance
Although folks with OSA frequently have weight issues.
Should expand access a great deal and add to shortages
Oh, I used to make that…with pretzels, I think. I don’t think I would like it now but back then, it was delicious. The problem with cooking now is that, as Chris said, your taste buds are different. And not in a good way.
It could have been due to a big ‘dump’ before weighing in … we will see if it hold up next week ☺️
