Good to see a review of the P400e so little about it, ordered in January a R dynamic HSE, still waiting for it, so can only watch the reviews! Agree with these vehicles you can go option crazy. Wish the black pack included black door mirror caps.
The HSE would have be an ideal car for me to drive but I have to admit the R-Dynamic SE was great. If I was to order one, like you I would go for the HSE, great choice. 👏🏽
@@nadimtv Yeh, I was thinking about the SVR but then I do a lot of shortish journeys in London which seems a waste on such a beast as the SVR! Need to move to the countryside with some proper nice driving roads. 😁
@@nadimtv True. I should just get one and drive down to Knightsbridge and enjoy a good day of revving and doing random accelerations in an attempt to impress the locals.
I am thinking of either this one or a smilar age Range Rover Vogue. What do you think Guys? Which one would you choose and why? Rr might be too pricey to insure.
if the battery runs out does the car uses the 300 horses? when moving does the battery charge? So the 400 horses are for 50 kilometers until the battery runs out?
Great review. Regarding your comment: “I think it’s over 300hp” It’s actually 400hp, hence why it is called P400e. (All engines in the lineup are named after their horsepower.)
Actually, I’m not sure if the 400hp is entirely from the petrol engine, or whether that is the total of engine and electric motor. Some reviews say the engine is 296hp. In other words, it depends on whether 400hp is still available when the hybrid battery is flat. (Not sure, anyone know?)
From the comments made in your review I assume you like the car. I'm thinking i might get one but I'll wait a year and get a low milage one that's several months old thus saving a bundle of notes.

Good review Can’t wait to get my new F Pace gone for the diesel SE dynamic in Black with black pack should get it in July
That’ll look awesome. 👏🏽
You are going to love it. I have Bluefire with black pack, performance seats, opening roof, privacy and 21” alloys. Bloody love it. 😁

Such a great car. It will certainly be worth the wait.
Thanks for this review. I have an R Dynamic HSE with loads of options. Love it, absolutely love it.

Absolutely gorgeous looking beast!!
Love the sound of my FPace V6 Supercharged too much to trade it in for this. If I could have the new interior then it would be perfect!
Major interior upgrade on the new one and it is great. Wait and get the new SVR next 😉

@@NorbertNagy00 RR would always be my choice but I agree insurance may be an issue. The F pace is a great car and a great second choice.

The combined power is when the battery is fully charged. When you run out of charge the power drops.
Not entirely correct on a long run in hybrid mode the car will use the battery sparingly
Off topic, what watch are you wearing??
Tag Heuer Monaco Gulf.
@@nadimtv beautiful watch 👍🏻

@@matthewjones255 combined it’s 404hp. Petrol + Battery.
It has lag as the belatedly is dead so you lose that extra kick.

It’s a great package, especially for company car drivers. Yes that’s a good strategy to get one.
I think it was a shame that it was not charged up so Nadim couldn't try the hybrid aspects of the car...
Yes Agree John, but I didn't have it long enough. I have asked Jaguar for one a a longer period of time. If successful there will be another video
@@nadimtv Thanks Nadim, I'll look forward to it!
