This was very useful. I am looking at a new F-Pace at the moment, but have noticed that some options have disappeared - you can't seem to get surround cameras or 4 zone climate control anymore on any spec, however these are available on the XF. Not really a deal breaker, but if you are buying a £60k I feel I am having to compromise as these options are available on other marques. Nice job. Your 10 things not liked was evocative and rather funny, especially listening to you loose your mind over the 'horrid' little shifter! Well done.
The empty space for a third button is for opening exhaust valves in cars with sport exhaust, like the SVR. But I do agree with you. There should be an easy access button for turning for autostop. Espacially since it is something that brakes on Jaguars and owners end up with a car that doesn't start.
I tried my heated steering wheel button last night after seeing your video. It’s the same, doesn’t work every press, on or off, so now it’s annoying me. Did you get yours sorted and if so what was the fix? Thanks,
Excellent video. I absolutely love my 2019 R Sport. 296 HP 4 cylinder. I’ve always disliked the fact that they don’t allow you to permanently shut off the auto on off feature, but I think all manufacturers do that because they want you to use it to conserve gas, I suppose. Personally, I like that it switches from dynamic back to regular comfort mode every time, I only like it in dynamic mode if I’m driving as such otherwise I think it holds the gear and RPMs too long every time for me and I don’t think it’s good for the motor to ride like that all the time. Everyone who gets in my car compliments, my suede headliner because I think Jaguar is the only one who has it

I'm considering of putting an order on this car beginning of this summer but I haven't really decided on which engine to go for. Could you please give us some figures as to the real time consumption of this engine?
I did consider the F-Pace R-Dynamic HSE when searching for my new car but the online configurator options were so numerous and confusing. I agree completely with your ‘likes and dislikes’. However, one quite dislike of mine is the centre screen which appears to have been a design afterthought. It would have looked and should of been incorporated into the centre cockpit.
Good video, just for a bit of context a lot of the issue you have with systems are exactly the same in my x3 (auto hold, stop-start drive mode - all rest each time) just do you don't feel alone
I would like one with a sunroof that doesn't leak water into the passenger footwell, in heavy rain water would run from the from the left A pillar trim joint, turned out to be poor roof sealing.

I must be old but many drivers seem to like the front of the car look “intimidating”, I’ve never felt intimidated by any vehicle whatsoever.
It's intimidating when you're at a stop light sitting in an old pos vehicle and you see this bad boy pull up next to you. That's what he means
Not even when you see that idiot in the BMW or Audi fill your rear view mirror? lol
It's not literally intimidating.. It's an adjective to describe the look.
