He completed the job in less than 6 hours and cleaned up the reject as if he was never there! Thank you Alexis from the bottom of my heart. You are truly an asset to Bath Fitter.
I live in Maryland and I am so proud of my Installer and his work . I had a good experience with him and his work. My tub and tile is beautiful. Well done. Rashard.
waited 2 weeks for our materials to be made then the plumber came out to do prep work, next day one guy came out with all the stuff we picked out, started 7:30am 8:00 am and was finished by noon, i do believe he did use some kind of sealant, had to wait 24 hours before using, but it looks fantastic life time warranty.
Never deal with bath fitter if you like your drains to keep working. Had them out Monday. Called Tues with tub not draining and was told to have plumber out. My plumber came out 2 times and they left old tub parts inside that blocked the flow of water and we watched tile clear out through the main as he snaked it. Dan the manager at Livonia location was extremely argumentative and not helpful with ridiculous explanations and very rude. Will tell everyone I know to steer clear of bath fitter.!
Hi Homer, we actually do take it down to the studs, in most cases. There is the option to install a liner over your existing tub or shower, but most opt to replace completely and that is something we can also do!
Yes Homer, they just use the promise of in and out in a day as a way to drum up customers. They sell full renovation pretty much every time as he admits OVER AND OVER AND OVER. It's called a bait and switch and is one of the oldest shady business practices there is. It is just amazing that he actually admits it. LMFAO!
@@shelbyseelbach9568 We actually specialize in just the wet area of the bathroom (tub/ shower) and do not offer a full bathroom remodel at all. That does sound ridiculous! lol. I have to assume you are comparing that to our services because you believe we just put a liner of your existing tub and call it a day. The truth is, from our location especially (Pacific Northwest), we replace the bathtub and walls completely. We do the demo down to the studs, replace the green board, build back up from there. If you have a fiberglass tub/ shower, full replacement is actually the only option. We will not place a liner on a material that is so unreliable.

@@shelbyseelbach9568 I responded by saying that putting on clean clothes over dirty clothes is ridiculous. We are typically in and out in a day. I spoke to the other services because many believe all we do is put a liner over the tub. It sounded like that's also what you believed. Our liners as well as our full tub/ shower remodels have a lifetime warranty. This is not something that would be offered on a scam. But you are entitled to your opinion, Shelby. Why is it so expensive to just cover the original bathtub. I mean I understand a whole new installation but thousands for some homeade caulk and an acrylic cover. Maybe I'm just to broke lmao
Well, "expensive" and "broke" are both pretty relative terms, but I understand what you mean. I think the value of our materials and services really comes from a few places. First, we manufacture our materials in Nashville, TN. We use high quality acrylic that is non-porous and will not mold or mildew. It is very easy to maintain and continues to look new years and years later. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products. If there ever is an issue with anything, we come out and fix or replace it at no cost to you. We don't send out subcontractors that aren't trustworthy and don't care about our customers. We come out ourselves and make sure you are more than satisfied with your tub/ shower remodel. We have a 4.8 stars rating on Google with over 300 reviews that are a reflection of the quality work we do and the attention to detail that really makes a difference. We get your remodel done in as little as a day. Sometimes it takes a day and a half. But if you've ever had a contractor out or done a bathroom remodel yourself, you know how valuable it is to have the job done so quickly and efficiently. I could go on and on but I'll spare you the commercial. I know not all our services are within everyone's price range and that can be frustrating. But I will say that we typically come in at about 20% less than our competitors price quotes and we certainly make sure you are happy with your purchase/ investment when all is said and done.
@@icemanlol119 😅🤣American made - I just got a $9.5K quote to remove old tube, and place nice big tiles to ceiling, and also glass doors. I'm certainly not going to do this for $7.2K if all you do is place it over the old rotten stuff. haha for get it
Every job is different and the price is based on many factors. Most importantly, we have to know what style shower you'd want to know how much it would be. The best thing to do is visit bathfitter.com to find the nearest Bath Fitter and set up a free in-home consultation so you can get a quote from them. No cost, no obligation. Nothing to lose!
My apologies. I didn't see this question until now. If you have tiles falling off the wall, we would most likely take the wall down to the studs and replace the green board, etc to make sure there is no water damage/ mold behind it. A consultant would be able to give you a more detailed description of what the process is. If you'd like to schedule a free estimate, please go to www.bathfitter.com to do so! We'd be happy to come out.
We hired them to replace a master shower only and it was $7200.00. We chose the white marble which in reality is not white, it's grey. Long story but things didnt go as we had hoped.
