This group freely engaged with the very soul of this work- it was masterfully performed by them all. The pretty and unexpectedly disjointed Mazurka was an absolute joy. Thank you for the download.
I just love this trio, which has to contain the most technically difficult piano part in the entire chamber music repertory...it's like a concerto. Kissin, as good as he is, has to yield to Martha when it comes to this music...he doesn't quite have the same interpretive flair that she does..
+Music Man - ARGERICH SUCKS, SHE HAS ALWAYS PLAYED EVERYTHING TOO FAST, WITH NO INTERPRETATION, OTHER THAN TO SHOW OFF HOW FAST SHE CAN PLAY STUFF, ALWAYS HATED HER.........BUT ACTUALLY, I HAVEN'T HEARD HER ON THIS, SINCE YEARS AGO I DREW MY PERMANENT CONCLUSIONS ON HER, AND REFUSE TO WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME LISTENING TO HER EVER AGAIN....... I ALSO CAN'T STAND KISSIN'S OTHER VERSION OF THIS ON THE TUBE, NOT BECAUSE OF KISSIN, BUT BECAUSE OF THE "OTHER" VIOLINIST, BELL......A BELL I WISH I COULD FOREVER UNRING PLAYING THIS MASTERPIECE....... AND THOUGH I HATE TO ADMIT IT, SINCE KISSIN IS MY FAVORITE OF ALL TIME, I THINK THE EASTMAN TRIO OUT PLAYS EVERYBODY ON THIS, FROM THEIR "VOXBOX" RECORDING OF ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO, BUT YOU CAN STILL HEAR IT HERE ON THE TUBE...........
This version and the one with Kremer, Argerich, and Maisky are the best I have heard so far - even better than Heifetz, Rubinstein, and Piatigorsky. HRP seems to lack conviction in this very instance, oddly enough.
Quels musiciens.!
Marvelous performance, probably the best ever I have heard of this masterpiece. Thanks so much for this presentation.
Silvia is a very underrated violinist!
Bravissima Silvia !!!!!. E tutti
Moving, exquisite and beautiful!
They hold unchallenged positions as interpreters of Tchaikovsky
The wonderfulness of there performances is unrivaled, indescribable, and outclassing

Волшебно!!!
It's beautiful!
an organic linked trio, bring the music to sublime
i like every one of those musicians that THINK together
I actually like this version better than the one with Miasky and Bell where Miasky as usual too dominating. Here I found harmony among players.
awesome
Beautiful, but I missed the cutted pages at the final.

Listen to Argerich in Bach, Prokofiev, Ravel, Liszt, Schumann, and unlock your cap touch.
